Fantastic experience: In a word Lakeisha and the Cunningham Team were AMAZING! Actually another great word to sum up, the amazing service we received from Lakeisha was life-saving. When my father passed and we found out that he had a reverse mortgage that he still owed money on. It was a bit overwhelming. I myself have never owned a home. I've always rented and I'm the type that lives paycheck to paycheck. All the talk of money and taxes and what goes where was absolutely again overwhelming, not to mention we were also out of state so this made the process a little more daunting. Fantastic experience: I first met Lakeisha Cunningham 10 years ago when I was considering selling my jointly-owned house. She worked very hard on early preparations and was completely gracious when I decided to buy my partner out. She stayed in touch with me every year thereafter, and I never forgot how impressed I had been. When the time came for me (single owner) to sell - now (10 years later), everyone said I should at least interview a few other realtors and not just grab Lakeisha immediately. So, I did - I talked with three others, all of whom were very personable and had their own approaches and information. But there was really no question in my mind. Lakeisha it had to be. During all the preparations, sometimes I felt anxious and overwhelmed. Lakeisha was wonderful - calm and helpful, always on time for meetings, respectful and and responsive.
