Fantastic experience: We worked with Melissa for the past 5 years or so on our downsizing home quest and challenged her with a firm list of requirements. She patiently would send us listings which met some of the criteria, showed us multiple homes over the years that came closer and finally quickly alerted us to our dream downsize, got us into the home first, did some fast comps for us, helped us submit a compelling offer and negotiated on our behalf. She also greatly helped with all the post-offer acceptance tasks. Simply said, she was terrific at every step and felt like a true team partner. We got our dream downsize; thanks to Melissa! Fantastic experience: Amazing realtor. We were shopping from out of town and she was able to line up 10 houses a day to see whenever we visited. She was very realistic about houses and was able to easily pick up on our preferences. We usually came with a long list of houses we were interested in, but ended up buying one she recommended that was perfect for us! After move-in she has been beyond helpful with all the little things that come with owning your first home. She is well connected in the community too and can refer to great venders. 12/10
