Fantastic experience: Erin came to my rescue to help me sell my mother’s house after it sat vacant for a year and was in bad shape. She was amazing in both her competency and her communication. I appreciated she would not give me a price until after the property was repaired & updated so she could fully assess the property and do an accurate market analysis. Everyone else I talked to was either promising outlandish selling prices or running the other way because the state of the property. She went above and beyond, especially since I was out of state. There were many legal complications with the estate that had nothing to do with her that she took in stride. Because of her hard work and contractors’ network the property looked amazing by the open house. It sold quickly for a price I was thrilled with. I only wish she lived in my state so she could sell my house!

At first, the location in Woodridge didn't excite me. However, after viewing several more expensive locations, I came to appreciate the potential there. Kelly helped / suggested minor touchups to my house and convinced me that it would sell in excess of my original expectations.
