Fantastic experience: We first contacted Pete at the beginning of August when my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child. We lived on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. When we contacted Pete we told him our situation and our desires for a new home to build our growing family. We did not expect to find our dream home just a month into this process. Pete was so helpful in guiding us through the home buying process being first time home buyers. He made it so simple for us to know exactly what was needed of us and when. When our inspection was done Pete even went out on his own to get quotes from different contactors for things such as a roof and radon mitigation system that we ended up using once closing was finalized. He fought for us to get a sort of credit to help with those immediate expenses from the seller. Pete really does take pride in his work and if you are looking for your next home, I could not recommend Pete Hric!

It was in great need of repair and cleaning, but I was confident a little hard work would yield a great result. Pete was extremely helpful not just with the selling process, but helping me find a contractor, a house cleaner, dumpster rental, plumbing, etc. This might not seem like a big deal, but often times it’s hard to find people who do good work, are reliable, and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Pete highly enough. Pete is incredible. We were moving to Pittsburgh from 400-miles away. Being as we were not from the area, we would drive up on weekends and Pete would spend his weekends seeing up to 10 homes with us. When we weren't seeing homes in person, he would do FaceTime tours of homes with us. He was always willing to accommodate our schedules and work well before and well after normal business hours. Pete is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. We ended up purchasing a home that Pete showed us on FaceTime and we could not be happier. We are in love with our new house. Everything from offers to closing was super easy and went off without a hitch because of Pete's work. He is even helping us find a dog sitter for when we are away for a day next month! He truly does it all. We are so lucky to have had Pete as our realtor. He is an amazing person, extremely genuine, so knowledgeable, transparent and will make sure you are happy, comfortable, and getting everything you need throughout the home search, offers, in between closing, and even after.
