Fantastic experience: Lori is a miracle worker! We got in touch with her in the fall about the purchase of a new home. As out of towners, she recommended we take a look at a bunch of different areas & properties around the Georgia coast. At the end of our two week exploration in January, we had a clear idea of what we were looking for, our price range, and no idea whatsoever if it was even possible. On our second to last day of our trip, we met her at the office, told her what we'd seen and how we hadn't stumbled on our dream property (this was after looking at 30+ properties). Fantastic experience: Lori was amazing to work with! She made selling my home simple and easy, two things that you never hear of when buying or selling a home, and she sold it fast and for basically the asking price. She was always readily available for any questions or advice, and went above and beyond what most agents would do. I hit a snag (bc that’s my luck) when we found out that somehow someone was able to use the property as collateral for a bail bonds before the house was even built which could have been a major hassle but she worked on resolving it and it was handled without any issues and saved me a headache. I never write reviews but I’m telling you, if you want the easiest buying or selling experience of your life, use Lori. I promise you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Lori Lynn was referred to me and I'm so thankful for that. I told her what I was looking for in a house, what I needed and what my budget was. For 3 months she stuck with me looking at many many houses. She always had the best attitude and advice for every house we looked at. She would answer my texts late at night if I saw a house that went on the market and I didn't realize what time it was. She would act like she was just sitting there waiting on my text, when the reality of it is that I, by far, wasn't her only customer, however, she always made me feel like I was. She helped me find and negotiate the purchase of my new home even though it was out of her county and for sale by owner.
