Fantastic experience: As no stranger to the home selling processes, we have come to know several real estate agents. Scott Risi is the only agent we have decided to use repeatedly given his work ethic, knowledge of the local market, and ease with handling the selling side of real estate. He consistently over-delivered on our expectations and had our best interests at hand every single time. He assisted us with two home sales and was professional, caring and willing to go the extra mile. We had recommended him to friends and neighbors also selling their homes. They met with us after selling and raved about his prowess as a real estate agent in the St. Simons market. Go with Scott, get the results you deserve and you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have bought three houses and sold two. I can genuinely say Brad is the best realtor I have had for buying a house! We made this purchase while moving across the country and Brad took the extra steps to make sure everything went smoothly. To start when we first flew in to look at houses Brad had prepared over 15 houses to look at for us including some that came up on the market within a day of us arriving. Brad also provided a list of the homes that met what we wanted to look at so we could sort out the ones we wanted to see most ahead of time. After we selected a house Brad helped us prepare by showing us things he expected to see come up on the inspection and would need to be addressed as well as guiding us through what we needed done. Throughout the processes Brad was extremly prompt and communicated everything we had going on. Brad have great feedback and advice, guided us through the entire processes, and showed he genuinely cared about my family. As a family we really appreciate Brad Randall and signature properties for helping us through this processes!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend Alex Corchado with Signature Properties Group enough. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Super responsive, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and didn’t understand a lot of things, but she walked us through everything step by step and made sure we fully understood what we were signing. What really stood out was how honest and candid she was. She actually talked us out of a couple homes that would have been way more work than we wanted, and explained exactly why. At the same time, she was fully ready to go to bat for us if we chose to move forward. She coordinated everything flawlessly from over 4,000 miles away while we were on the other side of the country, which made a huge difference. Because of her, we ended up with a home we absolutely love. Alex is a total rockstar—10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kelli Osteen would always be our “go-to” agent! She has been our agent for our 3 “buys” and 3 “sells” on Saint Simons. She is a consummate professional, great communicator and hard worker. She has represented us extremely well on each of our transactions and we would never think of using anyone else. We love Kelli and have recommended her to friends.

Fantastic experience: As first-time home-buyers, we could not be more grateful for Scott! We had VERY little knowledge of the home buying process, which had intimidated us for years, but he helped us get started and feel comfortable at each step. He was incredibly patient, insisting there was no silly question and maintaining that attitude and receptiveness from the beginning of the process to the end. He listened to our goals, helped us narrow down to a price point with which we were comfortable, and suggested neighborhoods and properties that matched our needs without any pressure. He coached us through offers and counter-offers, always keeping our best interests in mind, and helped us end up with a great deal on a property we are excited to call home. As a longtime resident of our area, he also has a great local network and was able to provide helpful contacts for different needs throughout the process. We are so excited for this next chapter and know that we could not have done it without him. We recommend 1,000%!

Fantastic experience: This is the third property that we have used Cynthia to either buy or sell. Of the three, this was probably the toughest market to be in. Cynthia used all of her professionalism and expertise to continue to get our house out there and to eventually get it sold. Without her relentless effort and experience, I doubt we would have sold it. She guided us through a few poor offers to ensure we did not make a wrong move or accept a bad deal. For the contract we eventually signed, Cynthia made sure we were protected and that we agreed on the best deal possible. My wife and I love Cynthia both personally and professionally. She is top-notch!! We highly recommend her to anyone who is even remotely thinking about buying or selling a home!
