Negative experience: Extremely rude over the phone! Hanging up on someone while they are trying to ask a question comes across as very unprofessional. A more courteous approach, even when occupied, would be to simply say, "I'm busy with a client at the moment, can we talk later?" That ensures professionalism while maintaining respect for the caller’s time as well.

Fantastic experience: In April of 2020 my wife and I went to an Open House in Richmond hill, GA the neighborhood came highly recommended from Co-workers and friends and we loved it. Unfortunately we really had no business being at that open house because truth be told we weren't ready to buy like not even close. We met Erin Madden there and honestly after talking with her about our situation and where we were in life we thought she would hand us a brochure and leave us to it. I mean that's what every other agent has done up to that point. Boy we were wrong, you could tell right from that moment, Erin wanted this for us more than we did. We were coming to Georgia from out of state and the house we went on contract on used to be a rental. We wanted to do renovations on the house prior to moving in. So that meant we needed to coordinate with electricians, painters, flooring, landscapers, and cleaning contractors. It was a major undertaking because scheduling that many different contractors to come work on a house in 2 months is stressful. Finding high quality contractors is a tough job in and of itself. The Wellspring Group helped connect us with several high quality contractors that could tackle the work we needed. We wanted a custom house which meant we were ordering the ceiling fans, light fixtures, appliances, and other materials that the contractors were going to install. All of that had to be planned, scheduled, and executed acoordingly. They checked in with the contractors from time to time to give us updates on the house. With the Wellspring Group you are not just getting a realtor. You are getting access to an entire network of amazing people. When we finally got down to Georgia, we wanted to plug in with a local church and Nikki even helped us find a church and people we could connect with. Overall, the team at Wellspring Group helped us find what we were looking for and more.
