Keller Williams CAP/ Jessica MacDonald

Fantastic experience: This is the second home that I've purchased with Jessica as my realtor and my first selling. Let me tell you plainly. She is the absolute GOAT out here in these parts. Throughout my selling and buying of a house in this area she was the one who always was able to mitigate problems for not only me, but even mitigating problems for other agents that were new or just missed something. You will absolutely love her and not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I must say the experience I had selling my home was such a smooth process from start to finish ! Jessica communicated efficiently at all hours and also answered all my questions with pure honesty ! ( not just things I wanted to hear but the realistic truth of certain questions asked ) . Through giving me tips and suggestions with staging my home to giving me status updates with the process . My house hit the market on a Friday morning and with in 4 hours of being on the market she notified me saying we have an offer in AT LISTED PRICE and a showing was conducted later that evening ! The following day I was already signing paper work regarding prep for closing ! And here is the kicker I never met face to face with Jessica , she valued my time / work schedule ( I’m military ) and yet this was the best / smoothest experience. I highly recommend her and her team with any of your property needs ! My wife and I can’t thank you enough !!

Fantastic experience: Helped us so much while trying to sell our house. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to every detail. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just amazing overall. Her and team are fabulous, made the closing experience smooth. Responsive and very attentive. Extremely professional and patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all again for making this possible.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone in the Richmond Hill/Fort Stewart/Hinesville/Savannah area. Being first time homebuyers, Jessica and her team was very patient with our family and guided us through the entire process. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough amazing things about Jessica and her amazing team. I have now bought AND sold a home using her and her team, each time. Both times, the process was a complete breeze because they ensure that everything is taken care of. They prepare, act and communicate so effectively- taking so much of the stress and work off of your plate when buying and selling your home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them all, and recommend them whole heartedly,

Fantastic experience: I have had the good fortune to work with Jessica as the listing agent on several deals. It's always so easy to work with Jessica and her team. The communication is excellent, and the closings were seamless. Jessica and her team are true assets to the real estate community and I would recommend any family member or friend to her!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was amazing. Moving a military family from out of state is a challenge, and she made the process of finding and purchasing the right home easy. Definitely recommend. She was incredibly thorough and honest, we appreciated her advice and input through the entire time. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her, she’s great.

Fantastic experience: Sharon Owens from the Jessica MacDonald team was a consummate professional throughout our 4 months of making offers and eventually buying a home. She sent us videos, FaceTimed, gave us tips to be more competitive in a sellers market and helped us fix some things the sellers had not taken care of. She replied to questions in minutes and encouraged us every step of the way. My family and I can’t recommend the Jessica MacDonald team highly enough. They will help you get the right house!

Fantastic experience: Jessica and her team is amazing! My family is military and we’re searching for a home to move in by the time we PCS’d. We let her know we would only be in town for a day and she had multiple homes lined up to view in all 3 cities we were looking in. When we were having trouble with the loan officer we chose, she stepped in to help clear and found us a way better company with better rates. She understood what we were looking for and viewed additional homes on our behalf and immediately crossed the ones off the list that she knew I would not like. She was able to find us a home to move into at the last minute and we love our home. We will definitely be using her again in the future. I recommend her to anybody that is looking for a home.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was amazing at anticipating our needs as home buyers. She understood our family dynamic and worked hard to ensure we had a home to come to when we returned to the states. She worked round the clock and dealt with our significant time difference. We could not be more pleased with the services she has provided. Jessica has continued to stay in contact with us, even after closing, making us feel welcome in our new home and community.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable during the process of selling my home. She managed to get it sold and closed on within a month of listing. I had to sell from out of state so she facilitated all the repairs, cleaning, and touch ups needed. She quickly handled all obstacles that popped up and kept me informed along the way. I would strongly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: Jessica, Came highly recommended from another realtor we worked with. Given that we wouldn’t be settling down in the new house for a few months we needed somebody who was going to be brutally honest with the house and area we were interested in. Jessica took our interests and found us a home that instantly captured our hearts while falling in line with our objectives and budget. Once it came time to make the offer, Jessica moved quickly to seal the deal. Thank you Jessica !!!

Fantastic experience: We are so happy we chose Jessica to sell our home. Our experience selling the home was vastly different than our experience buying the home (when we used a different realtor). She scheduled all maintenance that had to be done (again, much different than our buying experience). We are so thankful we went with Jessica MacDonald!

Fantastic experience: Literally the best decision of my life was to go to this woman. My friend referred me to her and I couldn’t be more happier. She knew that I had absolutely no experience whatsoever with buying or even knowing what I wanted. I had an idea but nothing set in stone. She was patient with me and literally held my hand hahaha. I am beyond thankful for her time and dedication especially with what is going on in the world. She did not rush or force me into anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. She made she that SHE seen everything with the house so she could point out the good bad and the ugly. My family couldn’t be happier with the house we got. If you buy a house from anyone else you’re doing it wrong!
