Fantastic experience: I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Will. As a first-time homebuyer and a 25-year-old woman moving hours away, I was honestly nervous about the entire process. I was also using the same realtor as the seller, which initially made me a little unsure of what to expect. Without hesitation, Will offered us his Airbnb for a night or two if we needed somewhere to stay, and even offered us a place to park our camper. That level of kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what I ever expected from a realtor. Anytime something changed, Will kept us updated. Anytime I had a random question—no matter what time of day—I could send him a message and get a quick response. He was patient with every question I had, explained things in a way I could understand, and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. I genuinely felt comfortable with him, and that is something I will always appreciate. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, especially when you’re moving hours away and trying to navigate everything from inspections and repairs to closing and moving. Fantastic experience: Working with Bowden Real Estate was great. Will was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely had our best interests at heart when helping us find our first home. As new buyers, you don’t know what you don’t know, and as we toured various house he would point out different things and really helped us learn and understand the different features and quirks of each house until we found the perfect one. He made himself available to us by phone whenever we had additional questions (and I feel like we had a thousand) and was always happy to help however he could.

Fantastic experience: I found William as I was trying to relocate from Ohio to Georgia. I had been working with a different realtor when we made contact, but it didn’t seem she was really hearing what I wanted. William listened and after doing some virtual walk throughs with him, he scheduled in person viewings for me on my next trip down. Before we saw the first house I had picked, William said he was taking me to see a house not in my list, but that he thought it was pretty much everything I was looking for. It turns out, that’s the house I bought. Perfect size, the southern charm I was after, low maintenance, the town I wanted, and just 2 miles from work.
