Fantastic experience: Working with both Tyler and Christina was an easy, and smooth process. We were selling a loved ones home after he passed, and we weren't local and they made the whole process very easy for the family. They were helpful and always available when we needed them, provided guidance when asked and were always prompt in getting right back to us. We are so thankful a family friend referred us to them , they were a wonderful real estate office to work with and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any real estate needs!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Clifford Realty for the sale of my house. They were very enthusiastic, had an accurate handle on the sales market, and went above and beyond to have house showings. They found the perfect buyer. Finances were solid and the deal went through without a hitch. They will do a good job for you too.

Negative experience: They represented us in the sale of our home in Redding. It was a contingent sale as we were relocating to Indiana. Christina told us the wrong closing date. When she realized her amateur error we had a matter of days to move a household of 4 people with 4 cats and a dog. We had a moving crew and truck booked for the originally told to us (but incorrect) moving date. She never offered reimbursement or any help. She even called me as we were loading the moving truck and laughed at the inconvenience she caused. My husband had a conversation with Tyler that they (Clifford) would cover the expense of a house cleaner given this mistake to take a load off our plate, he agreed…Only to have Christina call days later to say they wouldn’t cover that. They “put” us (2 kids, 2 adults, 4 cats and a dog) up in a roadside motel in downtown Redding (with our moving truck loaded in the parking lot) until our *incorrect* closing date as we were in a contingent sale 7 states away and our kids were in school until summer. Not only did this MASSIVE error happen, I would also never recommend them because we felt they never advocated for us in the negotiation & inspection period. It always felt like they were on the buyer’s team not ours. I would also never use them because of their lack of marketing a property. They upload to the mls and their small website ONLY. Christina was condescending throughout our experience and Tyler only would respond to calls & texts from my husband despite me (not my husband) being the homeowner, my calls went unanswered and unreturned. Tyler also spoke in a derogatory manner towards our realtor in Indiana (who was the one who recommended him to us!!). Mind boggling. I would highly recommend ANYONE on the Josh Barker team. You’ll have top tier marketing and better service. Also, to note, I’m writing this review as they never asked for my feedback. Anyone who’s bought or sold a house knows that reputation matters & they hound you for reviews. They knew they did wrong and they wanted to bury it. Be warned. You’ll have sub par service. A dude whose ego is bigger than anything and a woman who is condescending and lazy. I will never recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am a longtime Shasta County resident but new to the Redding area. Its helpful that Mr. Clifford grew up in the neighborhood I had my eye on. I trust Mr. Clifford's opinion on listing prices as well as the valve of the house itself. I have had 2 purchases with Clifford Realty. Miss Christina has been on top of all of it in both purchases. I am the type of client who needs guidance. I am unorganized and forgetful (my 7th grade teacher Mrs. Westphal was correct about me). Miss Christina makes sure I am aware of the paperwork I need to sign and is great about contacting my lender. It makes the process simple for myself. If I was in charge of it, I would still be looking for the perfect home as well as the closing docs I was supposed to sign.

Fantastic experience: Tyler went above and beyond our expectations, and we 100% recommend him as a phenomenal agent. From the moment we met Tyler, he came across as extremely knowledgeable and personable - someone we could trust. As a Redding native with 20+ years of real estate experience, he was able to steer us in the right direction in terms of location as we were house hunting, and then gave us great advice about each area as we narrowed down our top picks. The day we scheduled walk-through visits, he diligently added more homes to our list the night before and even the morning of, knowing that we had limited time. Our home happened to be for sale by owner, which oftentimes deters real estate agents; however, Tyler had no problem working with the owner and was able to efficiently move us along on our tight time table. From start to close, we never had trouble getting in touch with Tyler. He even stopped by after we moved in and gave us a blow-up pool for our son!
