He was very patient as we went through the process of finding our new home in Redding, which took over six months, including being in escrow on three other house before we finally closed on one. One of the houses had mold from an undisclosed leak that we discovered after all of the contingencies had been lifted. We got out of the contract without any issues with his help. He knows the area well and always gave us the straight scoop on each area. I have worked with many realtors over the years, and he is the best one by far.

Fantastic experience: Justin was referred to us by a friend who highly recommended him and i can say without a doubt that they were right. Justin stuck with us for ten months while we struggled in and out of approval from the lender. Then COVID started and things got even weirder on the approval front. Despite all of our approval struggles we eventually got pre approval and put an offer in on the house we had been looking at for months. Negative experience: I have never dealt with a realtor who was LESS interested in helping me buy a home. My agent had terrible communication skills and showed a complete lack of interest and indifference to my real estate transaction. I routinely felt as though I was being "shined on" and ignored. It's hard to ask questions of an agent when he is constantly on his cell phone dealing with other potential clients. I even asked my agent at one point if it would be better for him if I found a different agent since it was clear that he really wasn't interested in helping me. Thank God the office support staff was helpful. I would not recommend this agency and will not work with them again. The only reason that I give the agency one star is the office staff.
