Fantastic experience: Eddy was outstanding throughout the entire process of purchasing our home in Redding. We were not local buyers and had to do some "homework" in selecting an area to purchase in which met out needs. Eddy was very helpful in getting us familiar with Redding and the outlying areas. Fantastic experience: Eddy has been amazing! We reached out on a whim as our family had a desire to move to Redding this year. He is an excellent guide to the area and quickly got us up to speed on what our options were. He provided great advice on the pros and cons of different areas and specific homes. He took showed us around for several weekends spread out over a couple months. He was great with our kids and got them involved in the discussion. Fantastic experience: This man is incredible!!! We started our journey with Eddie in early 2018. He dealt with our wushu washing and followed us through a dozen or so houses and another nearly 3 years of ups and downs and hemming and hawing. He was patient, professional and often accommodated our want to see a property at the drop of a hat. I own a childcare that my partner and I had a BIG vision for. Eddie was honest in his thoughts on properties we had selected and even sought out a few his own. He saw our vision and was just as passionate about seeing it through as we were. When we messaged him on New Years Eve of this year on a property we were really excited about, he shared in our excitement and got the ball rolling conga ting the owners. We had our offer in and accepted within a matter of days! We closed on our house in March of this year! Shortly after closing on the property, the home we were currently living in came available for sale. We expressed our interest and Eddie immediately went to work. We purchased two properties with Eddie within the same month and wouldn’t have done it any other way! Negative experience: Willing to do ANYTHING to sell a house. Even give poor legal advice to landlords. Such as writing their own Lease Termination papers.
