Fantastic experience: Melinda Szeliga is fantastic! We knew we were asking for more than we could hope for.... house with trees, pool, 3 car garage in the same elementary and mid-school district. Not only did she find it but she got our contingency offer accepted. She then took extra care to make sure our other home sold quickly. She helped us get the staging right, hosted the open houses, and created great marketing. We were sold and moving in 45 days!
