Ray went above and beyond by creating an opening, wiring everything, and ensuring the installation was seamless. The exhaust fan is not only incredibly effective, but it’s also super quiet – I’m really happy with the result. Ray, thank you so much for your hard work, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s truly appreciated!

Negative experience: We have at least 3 mice rats you didn't cover up the whole. I need them to stop coming in my house I'm not trying to catch or kill them. Big opening behind the stove. Opening under the sink in bathroom can those wholes be covered.

Negative experience: Lynn manages property poorly and maintenance requests. I put a work order in to replace a front door over a year ago at a HOA property she is board member to and majority owner of. I guess she cant figure out how doors are installed.

Negative experience: Do not EVER AND I MEAN EVER rent from these people. You can never get in touch with them. Their properties have roaches and a lot of damages that they refuse to fix.

Negative experience: Awful, just awful! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Yopp properties is absolutely horrible. They have mice, roaches and bed bugs in most of their properties. I have seen many families be made to pay for their own pest treatment only to be evicted right after. Managers will be outside the apartments drinking, smoking and partying with residents and the language they use around children is nothing shy of disgusting. In conclusion, Yopp properties should be ashamed of themselves, shut down and have their licenses terminated.

Fantastic experience: Rent prices doesn't match the quality of the apartment. No cool amenities. Parking lot has huge pot holes. Paint in the bathroom runs from moisture from shower. Paint chipping over paneling. Doesn't take complaints seriously.

Besides rent possible going up 100 bucks due to inflation they say.. it's still a good value just a little high for a what you get but the maintenance and neighbors are great and honestly not sure if I will resign the new lease due to that 100 increase in rent.

Negative experience: I swear this place is section 8. Where are the adults The children play outside loudly at all hours of the night. They run up and down the stairs at all hours. They damage personal property. Where are the parents??? This place smells like weed and feels very sketchy. The neighbors will have party’s in the parking lot late at night during the week. It’s hard to sleep here!!!!! You will regret moving here. The neighbors are very inconsiderate!!! Where are these kids parents!?!?!?? Maintenance guys are cool tho. Kudos to them for fixing problems!!!

Fantastic experience: I love the place and Tiffany was great! My only issue is the people that live above me walk around basically stomping at all hours of the night and I have kept me awake or woken me up numerous times and get my dogs barking . They don't bark inside unless they make loud bangs. But other than that I love it... maintenance was very nice and fast too! I appreciate everyone here I've met so far mostly.

Negative experience: Price does not reflect the quality of apartments, especially for one bedroom. They raise rent every year. No amenities/no park for the kids to play. Not allowed to have anything (sitting chair, outdoor rug) on the porch or they will charge you. Slow about fixing things. Waited months for them to fix a window once. "Fixed" it, still doesn't work. Nobody answers the phone when you call and there is a lady that works in the office with a nasty attitude.

Positive experience: Maintenance, respond to my call quickly. The work was Smoothly and quickly. She did an awesome job. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: I have lived in Brookway West Drive for more than three years. The price does not match the quality of the apartments, poor property management and it is difficult to reach out to the office. It looks like there is no office. The management does not take complaints seriously. The parking lot is a problem. There is a lot of noise, especially during the night. I had a really bad experience.

Negative experience: I haven't lived at any of there residences why have an expectation of 650 credit score of the apartments you all offer I can buy a home for that

Positive experience: We moved here in 2018 after Hurricane Florence. The manager at the time (Brittany) was very helpful. We have had a couple of maintenance request, and the response has always been quickly resolved. My wife and I are very pleased.

Negative experience: Rented from them 2015 to 2016 in Lewisville at Brookway West. A group of scam artists and lowlifes. No one ever in the office.....shadowy organization. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

Negative experience: Not a good one' a van ran into the building 6 months ago and they still haven't fix it yet it is cover with black plastic' someone knocked over the mailbox and it neither has been fix' this management team needs to do better....
