Fantastic experience: This was “hands down” the easiest real estate process my husband and I have ever experienced. Julie and Megan handled everything. Julie kept us patient once the home hit the market. They were initially only having a 2 hour open house but decided to keep it open when they realized how many buyers wanted the opportunity to see the home (completely last minute but made themselves available to keep it open). Julie also worked late into the evening on the day of the open house keeping us updated on the offers coming in. Settlement came and went without any blips thanks to Megan Nagle’s experience. It was not an easy journey trying to find " the perfect " home for me, but Julie made it happen. Due to the fact I lived 3 1/ 2 hours away, it was stressful, discouraging, and exhausting at times trying to make arrangements to see homes before they were sold or to drive there and be in a bidding war that would end with someone out bidding me. When we couldn't find someone to mow the property we were selling, Julie took care of it. When the initial offer fell through, Julie had been in the background continuing to aggressively market the property so a full price back up offer was ready and waiting. Negative experience: I contacted Julie to help us with relocating to the area. I told her that we had a agent but it was not working out and we were looking for someone who could help us find a home. She took all of my information and said she would be in touch. I have not heard from her since. With that said, if she was not interested in our business, she should have said so. I consider this very unprofessional and would not recommend her.
