Fantastic experience: Our refrigerator had issues, I contacted Logan Andren and since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to find out when someone could come and check it out. A couple of days later we had a refrigerator repair person come in and check it out. Turns out that the parts were not available any longer to repair the refrigerator, however the repair guy was able to get the alarm turned off which was greatly appreciated. After he left I was contacted by Logan’s assistant to make arrangements for replacement of the refrigerator. Andren took care of the refrigerator replacement for use without having to ask! Greatly appreciated, and the replacement was larger, I am 100% happy having this kind of service!

Fantastic experience: We were very lucky to have Logan as our agent. He is professional, detailed, considerate, friendly, and has great local resources. We needed to sell our Boulder Creek residence, but we were out of the state. We interviewed 4 agents but Logan stood out as we felt he knows what he was talking about and he had well prepared for our call. During the preparation process, he was proactive and got us scheduled for painter, contractor, handyman, cleaner, photographer, etc so we were not losing valuable time in prep before the house went on the market. When the weather got cold and rainy, he would arrive ahead of time before showing to turn on the heater to get the visitors the best experience for tour. He also went ahead and replaced AC batteries and fixed some other things he saw here and there. He has seller’s best interest. During the crazy rainstorms at the end of 2022 and 2023, he stopped by several times to check if the house was flooded and he brought his guy to clean the gutters on the roof and in front of garage, several times! Our house was at the bottom of a down ramp, so I am pretty sure our house would be flooded if he didn’t have his guy clean the gutters. Once we are in contract, he also helped to clarify questions with the escrow for us. He is very easy to talk to and work with. Since this was the first time for us to sell a house, I asked many questions but he was always very patient and helpful. Once again, we appreciate Logan and believe he is the best agent in San Lorenzo Valley.

Fantastic experience: Logan did an incredible job helping me find and buy exactly the house I wanted. He was super patient and helpful as I kept going back and forth on houses for over a year until we found the one I truly wanted. He went above and beyond what was required to make sure I got a fair deal and the best price possible. If he hadn’t made sure all the necessary inspections were complete and gotten a foundation inspection done, I would have paid almost $100k over asking instead of getting the house for asking price (and had no idea what I was getting into as a new homeowner). Frankly, I had no idea these things could simply be not disclosed by skipping the inspections and a lesser realtor would have just let me pay as much as I was willing so they could take home a larger cut. I can’t imagine ever selling my new house, but if I do, I’ll be working with Logan again.

Fantastic experience: Logan sold my lot in Boulder Creek after my house burned down in the CZU fire. All that remained standing was the partially burned garage. When it came time to close the sale of the property, the new owners rightfully wanted the garage cleaned out. There wasn't a lot of stuff, but still. I was no longer local, so Logan volunteered to clean out the garage and take the contents to the dump. I was completely amazed at Logan's willingness to go the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: Logan was my real estate agent for the purchase of my first home in Boulder Creek, CA, in December 2020. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and overwhelmed by the decision. After all, it was a lot of money and moving to an area like Boulder Creek was a big change for me since I had lived in the Bay Area my whole adult life. After touring the property and providing me with details of an inspection report, we went over the process and I made the decision to purchase the home. The home was great, and the because Logan was very familiar with the previous owner, the property, and also the neighborhood, he made the process easy for me. Logan made himself available at numerous occasions when I had questions and always provided me with the information I needed, not only to purchase the home but also after I moved in, on things like the heater system, the generator, what to do in a power outage, the recycling company. I was apprehensive at first, to move to a location like Boulder Creek, as a working professional, but Logan made sure I had all the resources I needed and I’m glad I found him.
