A lot of agents are not so concerned about their sellers/clients. Marite is very concerned and actively protects her clients wants/desires. She doesn't try to micromanage me either. We were very much in a seller’s market, but she still insisted on doing staging and having professional photos done even though we suggested it might not be a necessary expense.
