Fantastic experience: I've worked with a lot of relators before (as a former real estate broker myself) and Jason Harding is best one I've every had the please of working with. Jason has represented me on both the buying side and the selling side and he would be the first person I would recommend if anyone asked if I knew any relators in Missoula. As a home builder himself, he knows construction and what pitfalls to look out for, and more importantly ideas on how to fix it Jason's a top notch negotiator Jason's over communicates, which is amazing, and is very easy to work with Jason knows the Missoula market well and is well researched in his opinions. Perhaps most importantly, Jason just gets it done. With ever home buying process there are 2-3 friction points were things could go sideways. Jason gets through them with you and is always a great problem solver.

Fantastic experience: Jason Harding is everything a real estate agent should be. He was a delight to work with, incredibly responsive and thorough, and really serious about advocating for our needs and understanding our needs sometimes better than we did. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate transaction in addition to having great perspective and knowledge on construction, home repairs, and other things to consider when looking at new homes. We can't thank Jason enough for helping us get into our dream home!

Negative experience: Broker botched a deal-no support for agents or agents’ customers. Go to a company that you know will support you.

Fantastic experience: Kira Guay was amazing! We are first time homebuyers on a tight schedule ( ourrental being sold and having a baby in 3 months) and made the experience in this market the best! We found and closed on a house in less then 3 months. Definitely recommend ink and Kira!

Fantastic experience: I have been in real estate for many years (agent then investor) and have never experienced a more ethical, organized, professional real estate agent. Cindy Waltz of Ink Realty Group was amazing! She was always one step ahead of me. This was our third deal, but the only one that closed. She saved me a ton of money on another deal that just wasn't right for me. What realtor advises her client "not to buy a property" because it doesn't make financial sense, in turn costing her hours of unpaid work? Cindy helped me make decisions that financially worked for me, and wasn't just interested in lining her pocket. This transaction that did close, had lots of inspection issues, and went pretty seamlessly because of her foresight. I cannot say enough good things about her and the way she does business! She is my "Home Girl" I will only use her, in the future!!!

Rochelle drove to Lolo on Mother's day to show us a house we were interested in. We would not have gotten the house if she hadn't gone above and beyond for us. Negative experience: I looked at a great apartment I was interested in renting through Ink Realty Group. However, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and couldn't answer any of my questions about the place and the application process. She said I would have to call another lady's number. I called and left a message twice and never heard back, even though the apartment is still available. Very confusing and frustrating. Not worth your time.

Negative experience: It has been two years since I sold my home in Missoula with Prudential Real Estate. Although I grew up in Montana, my experience with real estate sales and purchases has been in California. I must say that caution is the word I would use for anyone selling in Montana. The agents want to keep their listings within their own company and do not want to hold open houses etc. My agent's neighbor (also an agent) conspired to sell the property at a very low price to their client. I was given bad advice and feel like I was not represented in the sale. In California when you represent someone you want to get the best price. Not the case here. The agents want to make a quick sale. Anyone selling in Montana needs to get a loyal agent that wants to sell the property and get the best price by marketing to everyone instead of keeping their listing in their own company. Looking back I should have asked for a discount on the commission since it was all conducted by agents in the same office. Their conduct would be prosecuted in California.
