Negative experience: I spoke with a lady in the office to get permission to look at a unit on Christian Dr. The lady was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my questions - like that their rules would be too strict for me over silly things. The units look nice on the outside but they are very cheap inside. People smoking in the parking lot. A dog barking below in one unit the entire time. Very cool area though.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I don't think that I've had an experience with a property management company or private landlord that had been as easy and pleasant as i have with Fidelity. Missoula Property Management was awful to work with and coming straight from them to Fidelity was such a relief. From the very beginning we were treated fairly and respectfully. We have had alot of judgement from companies due to our Financials or background but never from Fidelity. Travis and Maritza from upper Miller creek are incredible to work with and always available to help. Never had a better experience than with them.

Fantastic experience: The property manager and her husband, who is in charge of maintenance are great. Issues with some nasty neighbors and people who don’t watch their children and or dogs can be an issue. Not uncommon for apartment living though. They do address issues but they don’t evict unless they have proof, as it should be. So you don’t have to worry about being evicted unless you’ve actually broken a term of the lease and they can prove it. So that’s nice. Apartments are nice and it’s a great view up here.

Fantastic experience: Maritza and Travis are wonderful people. As a homeowner in another state, renting can be stressful as nothing compares to home. This is not the case with Fidelity. They treat you well. Places are extremely affordable and sound proof. You’d be lucky to rent from them! Still currently renting so I have no info on move-out.

Fantastic experience: Fair lease rates with nice mountain views. Buildings are well maintained and management staff is friendly. Large kitchens. Could use a refresh with solid surface countertops and undermount sinks. There is a large storage space as tradeoff for no patio and no dishwasher is the main negative.

Even with the pandemic Maritza has been amazing at communicating and offering her assistance wherever possible, she has gone above and beyond to help me! I really can’t thank her enough! Not only has the communication been awesome but the apartment is amazing too! Spacious and nice!

Positive experience: I've lived in these apartments for 2 years now. I like them a a lot. I put in my application and just hours later I was accepted and ready to move in. Its apartment living so it's not perfect when it comes to neighbors and noise. You're bound to have a few bad apples here and there. But it's cheap and actually really nice. The only downside is that there is no dishwasher. But that's ok because there's free cable and washer dryer hookups. As for the office...Matitza is wonderful. She is very nice and very understanding. I have had a few complaints about other tenants that have been a nuisance and it is always addressed right away. Our rent has been raised once since we moved in. It was raised $45 which really isn't too bad. It's still cheaper for the size, compared to other apartments in Missoula. If you live in Missoula you should know how expensive it can be to live here. These apartments make that a little easier for many people.

Fantastic experience: We moved here from Texas and I am so grateful we came across Fidelity Property Management. We ran into endless issues with other local rental places; couldn't go site-unseen, needed first month's rent right away with deposit, application fees, no W/D hookups, etc. With Fidelity, Maritza was super friendly and really helped us out, allowing us to pay a deposit and go site-unseen. The neighborhood is family oriented and well-kept. There are quiet hours from 7 or 8pm to 7am, which we love. The view is amazing. When we moved in, any concerns we had were addressed and if we have any problems, Travis takes care of it right away. These are non-smoking apts. Individuals who smoke have to be at least 25 ft. from the building. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other places in town. In regards to the interior of the apartments, the carpet is a nice neutral color and is well managed/cleaned; the kitchen is not to big but not too small with lots of cabinet space. Closet space is reasonable and bedrooms are a decent size as well. The bathroom is a little small, but not too bad. W/D hookups are available in the bathrooms (nice to not have to go to a laundry place). Electric stove. FREE CABLE with Charter included in rent! Internet is easy to set up because they are already set up for it with the wiring. Gas heat. Refrigerator w/icemaker. Trash and Water PAID. OH and there is a good-size storage closet in the unit to put extra things you may need to store. Cons: -No pets unless they are service animals/emotional support -No Air Conditioning (This isn't really an issue because the weather is normally really nice. When it gets hot, get some circulating air fans or a window unit and your good to go.)
