Fantastic experience: Overall Great. Lynn was available to work around our schedules and was not afraid to look at multiple homes in one day. We typically did not have more than one day available each week and we were able to see 3-6 homes each time. She came super prepared and was honest about her opinion to make sure we bought the best house. While closing there were some issues from the seller side that Lynn was on top of before we even called her about them. She was able to out negotiate and got us a great deal for our first home. She explained each process and understood that with being first time home buyers we were not as knowledgeable as other clients might be.

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with this realtor, Lynn.The home I purchased was listed as having air conditioning, but after moving in and attempting to use it, I discovered there was none. When I reached out to Lynn for clarification, she immediately shifted the blame to me, claiming I should have caught this in the inspection report. I did review the report, which listed the AC as “deferred” a term I reasonably interpreted as meaning it wasn’t tested due to the winter season. Lynn offered no apology, took no responsibility, and showed zero concern for the misleading information in the listing. I would strongly recommend avoiding her. A lie of omission is still a lie.

When you initiate a working relationship with Gina, you don’t just feel like a professional is assisting you with a property, but also a friend as well. She is attentive to any questions you ask her and very prompt with her replies. Once you give her an idea of what you are looking for, she will arrange time efficient tours for you and be happy to travel to whichever part of town you wish to go to. Thanks to her team, coordination with the other agent, title company and other applicable parties is streamlined and efficient. I appreciated her contacts as well. Gina gave my wife and I an excellent inspector to use so we didn’t have to find one. When financing came around she continued to be a valuable resource with connections. And upon receiving the inspection report, she worked with me on what I felt comfortable with addressing before moving forward. Not only was this attentiveness comforting, her ability to be personal and get to know my wife and I while maintaining professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Compared to our previous Redfin experience, my experience with Gina was one that will make us a repeat customer.

My anxiety at a time of high stress due to unrelated issues was sky high and suddenly the sellers communication was changing.
