Fantastic experience: If you’re lucky enough that Tammy is available for hire, don’t hesitate. She will perform above your expiations. I am a builder who developed a 6 Lot Plat and hired her to sell all my homes once they were built. She stuck with me through the whole project and was there to answer all my questions. As a builder, I hear we are generally hard to please. I can tell you that Tammy impressed me from the start. She knows the real estate business from experience. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of selling, marketing, buying, financing and closing. She will give you her professional opinion and not just what you want to hear. Fantastic experience: I hardly post online reviews. Here is my first one in looong time. I called Tammy, who was the agent for seller, to show us the unit, on a weekend. On a short notice, she showed us the unit and we told her the unit was not matching our needs. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. On the way out, she asked what our preferences were. Couple of days later, Tammy followed up with an email with more properties to look at. From then, we worked with her, sharing our research as well as looking at listings she used to send us promptly. In the sellers' market we were in, we relied on her judgment when we made offers. After many such, we found a couple of properties that our family purchased. Tammy and her associates used to encourage us saying we will find a house eventually that we will like. Throughout the closing process, Tammy has been actively engaged and ensured the closure happened on time. Tammy's contacts in the industry (inspectors, mortgage loan officers) also came in handy when needed. We continue to work with Tammy and wish her all the best.
