Fantastic experience: Our family was looking for a unique property- a place where two families could each have their own home on the same piece of land. Ashley met us at multiple sights until we found the best property for our two families. The ADU was perfect for my husband and I. The property has multiple locations that our son and his family can build their future perfect home. Ashley worked with the seller’s agent to create a deal that we could work with, showed up for well inspections, and had excellent communication throughout the process. She also helped us in purchasing the adjoining property that our second son is excited to develop into his future home. She is highly professional, knowledgable, kind, respectful, honest and just an overall great person. We used Ashley to help us sell our first home which was a fixer upper. At our first meeting, she came over to our home with a mini portfolio of what homes in the neighborhood was selling for, she had city information about the private park land behind us, and just really did her research on the area (Marysville). We briefly went over what we’ve done, got her opinion for what she thought we should still do, and so much more. Ashley helped us list our house while we were out of town for a week, got us multiple solid offers, and helped us accept an offer in TWO DAYS. She was an aggressive selling agent and really helped us get great offers despite our house failing a septic inspection! I really couldn’t imagine a more easy sell, she explained everything, was transparent, gave us gentle reminders when we needed it (we were stressed trying to buy out of state).
