Negative experience: Was not happy with the fact that they tried to charge me $700 for a contract fee on top of the commission. It’s a junk charge and extremely unprofessional. I would give them a one star rating but the real estate agent that I worked with was absolutely the best agent I’ve ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: Meeting Dominique at an Open House was meant to be. We were just “looking” and trying to get ideas of prices and houses for that price. We thought we would wait 6 months then get serious about buying!! That didn’t happen Dominque offered to show us some houses the following weekend. We looked for 2 weeks thinking we would stay on our goal of 6 months !! Then we found our house and knew it !! We put a bid on it and owner accepted it.
