Fantastic experience: Buying a house is an overwhelming experience. Whitney was professional, patient, and polite. As first time home buyers the whole experience can feel extremely overwhelming. From late night listings to weekend showings, the entire process could not have been more positive. Whitney helped to ease our anxieties by guiding us through each step expertly. Our new home is amazing. We could not have asked for anything better for our family of 4. Even after the buying process she has helped with recommendations for fantastic local resources to help with projects around the house. Working with Whitney was a pleasure for my family and I. Fantastic experience: Whitney was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. As first home buyers your emotions are all over the place. Excited, nervous, anxious, optimistic and pessimistic. She was excited with us and for us but knew when to ground us in our current reality. Fantastic experience: My wife and I decided to move from Brandon to Lakeland to be closer to our family. This decision started the journey of both buying a new home and selling our old home. Fantastic experience: Short version: Whitney sold our home quickly, was incredibly helpful navigating our unique circumstance and was exceptionally communicative the whole time. We had to relocate out of state for a job opportunity. Before we moved, Whitney spent a good deal of time explaining everything that we would need to do, how everything would work, and what she hoped she could get for our house. Fast forward several months to when we actually were ready to start getting it on the market, she helped us find folks to do the bit of sprucing up it needed. She always kept us in the loop and we trusted her to handle everything since we couldn't be there. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond. She was even helpful in reminding us when things needed to be handled, which was great for me as an occasionally absent-minded mom.
