Fantastic experience: We learned about Ronda Hopper real estate through racing in the local deserts. Her daughter races UTVs and we've competed together at several events. He husband Doug was going up and down pit road asking people if they or someone they knew were looking to buy/sell and at that time I didn't. It’s a little trickier than a normal sale but after reviewing other agents, Ronda definitely brought the expertise and skills to handle it correctly. Fantastic experience: Ronda came highly recommended to me by the property management company that had managed my house for 7 years. Because I live out of state, I didn’t have time to personally meet and hire a realtor. Ronda turned out to be the right realtor for me. The challenge in selling my house was two-fold: the house was occupied by tenants, and the number of showings was expected to be low due to appointment-only showings because of COVID restrictions. Ronda was able to communicate and coordinate these appointments quite seamlessly between potential buyers and the tenants. She was available outside of normal business hours to accomodate both parties. She also gave me same day updates on how the showings went. After an offer was made on my house, Ronda advised me on the risks and benefits of making a counter offer. She was very in tune with the current San Diego housing market and on what could realistically be acheived in the negotiaion process. After the offer was accepted by both parties, the document singing process (electronically) was smooth and easy. Fantastic experience: We contacted Ronda in late December 2019 because we wanted to buy to accommodate our growing family. The COVID lockdown happened during the sale of our condo which delayed us, but Ronda helped organize tours (with masks and plenty of Purell) and we found our new home which we moved in to May. We had originally floated a higher offer to the sellers agent but Ronda suggested a lower one based on her conversation with them, which they accepted. This is the second time we have worked with Ronda and we are happy with our home buying experience.

Fantastic experience: Best realtor we have ever! Here's the amazing thing: We are not your "high-end" clients at all. We were on Social Security and the house we were renting was sold out from under us with no notice and we had to do something soon. We thought perhaps we could manage a small fixer. No such luck. I would email Ronda a batch of potentials I'd seen and she would get back to us right away with the low-down on each one. Nothing was working out. Then we decided to look way down in Otay mesa at mobile homes. I thought for sure she'd tell us she didn't handle mobile homes, but instead, without the least complaint, she drove us all the way to Otay Mesa--multiple times!--with never a complaint. And, she was always right on time and also cheery and professional at the same time. We finally found our mobile home and have never forgotten the personal, professional, and top-notch service she gave us. Ronda met and exceeded all out expectations!
