They never answer phone calls reply to emails or return voicemails worst company I’ve ever dealt with ! They DONOT care about their tenants !

When you first moved in, we promptly addressed the slow drainage issue at no cost to you, understanding that it was important to start your tenancy on the right foot. At that time, the drain was cleared, and we’ve worked to maintain transparency about tenant responsibilities since then.
Unfortunately, the current clog has been attributed to hair buildup, which falls under the standard tenant obligations as outlined in your lease. We always strive to assist wherever possible, but in this instance, the cost of clearing the drain will need to remain your responsibility.
