Fantastic experience: After a very rough 2 years our family needed a fresh start. We planned to sell to an investor and cut our losses. I called Liz and Josh the day after Thanksgiving to see what they could do for us. We had been against listing traditionally due to our medically fragile daughter. They came out to look at the house and talked to us at length about options we had even with not wanting a ton of people in the house so not to expose our daughter to more germs than she is around from her siblings. They listened to our concerns and made us feel way better about listing. They gave us a list of things to accomplish before listing. We officially listed in December and closed yesterday. When we found the one, we were unable to come see it and Liz went and did a video tour for us and went over everything, during financing she helped us with that as well she went above and beyond on this purchase and was an absolute delight to work with.
