We started looking in early spring and I probably went to showings at 5 different houses before I was even ready to make an offer. They carefully listened to my wants and needs, and sent me listings that fit what I was looking for within my budget. In June I was ready to get serious as I listed my home on the market. These ladies made sure to meet me for showings at times that worked for me, as I had an hour long commute one way to find my new home. They met me on weekends, on short notice, whatever it took to give me the opportunity to see homes that piqued my interest. When the sale of my home fell through, they stayed in contact regularly to give me suggestions and keep me up to date on the market in the Yakima area. When my house went under contract Amy and her team celebrated with me, then immediately set out to find the perfect purchase for me. I found a great candidate and was able to book a showing within two hours. After walking through this home I knew I'd found the one. Amy's assistant immediately wrote an offer and sent it the same day. Throughout the inspection and closing process, they helped me every step of the way and answered every question I had. They recommended lenders, inspection companies, and supplied information about utilities in my area. They kept everything on track to close in 30 days, and ensured every box was checked so I could close on both homes simultaneously.
