Fantastic experience: Spiros was our realtor in selling our Port St Lucie house, and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! He is highly knowledgeable about the market, explained the whole process thoroughly, and worked tirelessly for my fiance and I. It was our first time selling a home, and through the negotiation process with the buyer, his excellent negotiation skills helped us get top market value for the home in a "buyer's market." Most importantly, he is patient, supportive, trustworthy, and a great (and responsive) communicator. For real, it was always a joy to speak with him. We would highly, highly recommend Spiros and his team for all your real estate needs!

Spiros and his team are extremely hard workers, and always look to provide the best possible value to their customers.

Fantastic experience: As first time homebuyers in this current market, we were extremely scared to start the journey of buying a house. We knew the process wasn’t going to be as easy as renting but we were willing to take the risk and make the investment. We are SO glad we took that risk and went with Jessica and the SquareFoot Homes team. Having Jess with us every step of the way eased all of our fears and concerns. She responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns and offered unbiased solutions. She connected us with other professionals in the field who also aided in making our first home purchase successful. But what really made her stand out was the way she advocated for us and stood by us when it came down to the negotiation part of the process. We were fully able to trust Jess and quickly built a strong rapport that aided in the success of purchasing our first home. Jess WILL have your best interest at heart and have your back completely! We highly recommend her and are looking forward to working with SquareFoot homes again in the future. We’re so grateful!

Fantastic experience: Mitsis was a great help to us, he was always available to listen to us and went above and beyond his duties to make sure our concerns were addressed. Mitsis continues helping us past closing. We highly recommend him!!!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but high praise for Spiros who has made the process of selling my home quick and easy. The day before closing my bathroom pipes suddenly to leak spilling water all over the bathroom floor. I didn’t know what to do as I was already very stressed with packing and moving so, I called Spiros. He always says to me if I ever need anything to call him. Well, he found a plumber who came that same afternoon and fixed the pipes at minimal cost. I could go on and on with accolades.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Spiros Mitsis, as I was desirous of selling the condo I was residing in and purchasing another. To begin with, Spiros is such a pleasure to work with and is a fantastic real estate agent. His knowledge of the market is extensive, making the selling/buying process virtually stress free. Spiros gained my trust the moment I met him. He is very professional, and his understanding of the needs of his buyers/sellers ensure that the process moves along seamlessly to completion. In addition to his expertise and strong work ethic, Spiros is a warm and engaging person, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic experience: spiros is one of the most professional and the kind of people I’ve met in business. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his level of dedication to selling our home. Spiros went above and beyond the call of duty and his coordination efforts with other brokers, arriving with time and meeting prospects on time. After only a few months, Spiros was able to obtain us an offer that was $30,000 above our asking price which is something we never expected. Spiros thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us. One could only hope someone else buying or selling their home could have the opportunity to deal with someone with your level of professionalism and kindness. God bless you and thank you so much again for helping our family. Our four kids and three dogs really appreciate , what you’ve done for us. With great appreciation, David and Ana Maltese

Fantastic experience: Spiros and Teresa helped us close on our dream home this week. From the very beginning of the process when my family decided to work with this team we knew it was the right match for us. The attentiveness and professionalism were world class from beginning to end. In a market and business that can be saturated with agents, it is definitely hard to know if who you select is right for you. Without hesitation you should be giving the Squarefoot Team at least a call and interview to see what they’re all about. I guarantee you’ll be satisfied with them and by the end of the process know that you made new friends. Thank you Spiros, Teresa, and the Squarefoot team for helping us complete a typically stressful process without any issues.

Fantastic experience: Spiros was knowledgeable and there for me every step of the way. Great realtor !!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, My name is Babette I live in Vermont. My son and his girlfriend are moving to West Palm Beach, FL. So I was in search of a condo to purchase they could live in while his girlfriend attended college doesn’t there. Luckily I reached out to Spiros and Jessica to help me. I was particularly interested in a safe area. This process of looking for the perfect condo for us was stressful being so far away. They both worked so hard and were so patient with me, always either answering my phone calls or calling me back immediately. I felt very taken care of. I would recommend them with my highest regards and would never feel uncomfortable calling just to say hi. That means a lot to me. In closing I would like to say I was very lucky to have them as my real estate agents and now my friends.

Fantastic experience: Jessica is the BEST, and I mean the absolute BEST realtor in Palm Beach County. I wish I had a better vocabulary to describe Jessica, but let's put it this way - if we can agree that Beyoncé is the Queen, Jessica would be the lead singer while having five Beyoncés as backup singers. She's the Elvis in a town of Kathy Westmorelands (exactly), Shaggy's Boombastic, THE Brown Eye'd Girl. Look, you get the point. If you done messed up and started working with another Realtor, cut your losses and call Jessica - it will easily be the best decision you've ever made. She is professional, she'll advocate for you, she's extremely detail oriented, punctual, thoughtful, and most of all - she is trustworthy. We just can't say enough good things about her and I'm sure you'll feel the same way too.

Fantastic experience: The dynamic duo is what we call these 2 agents by the name of Spiros and Theresa. When an agent tells you; “You call us for anything, we will schedule and see any home you like, we will be there from the starting line to even help with moving furniture” That’s the kind of agents you need. They’re knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and aspects were handled in a professional and timely manner. On behalf of my husband and my family we want to thank Spiros and Theresa for assisting us with our home purchase.

Fantastic experience: Hire Jessica Suarez to help with your South Florida real estate needs. She is exceptional! Jessica is communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented and a great negotiator. Jessica handled more than I would have expected with our purchase. We purchased a second home from New Jersey and Jessica was on site and anywhere she needed to be to get our closing done. We even closed early! Do not hesitate to work with Jessica.

Fantastic experience: Finding a Realator in Florida is a very easy thing. Finding one of quality is another story. Being from NYC, Florida was a new market that I didn’t know much about. Jessica Suarez was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and caring of my concerns to find the right property. I was so happy with Jessica and Square Foot Homes, that I have used them to buy 3 properties in Florida so far and will continue to use them. I Highly recommend Jessica and her team.

Fantastic experience: The The experience was absolutely awesome. My wife and I have purchased a lot of homes over the years. And Jessica hands down has been the best relative and person I've met in a long time

Fantastic experience: Jessica is amazing, responsive, smart, a great advocate, and will always be candid about the market. I will use again and highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: Spiros at SquareFoot Homes did an amazing job at guiding us through the process of selling our home. He made the process as easy as can be. It became very apparent that having someone experienced on your side was more important than anything else in the process. Spiros made us feel confident that we were in good hands and being given the proper guidance to sell our home quickly and at the right price. Hiccups can be encountered in the closing process but Spiros worked diligently to keep us informed of the progress and got the deal closed. Those moments solidified the fact that we made the right choice listing with him. We will be lifelong customers of SquareFoot Homes after this experience.

Fantastic experience: Spiros Mitsis with SquareFootHomes is by far one of the most professional and attentive real estate agents I have worked with. Putting my needs, wants and concerns at the forefront, very quickly put me at ease. He got the job done and I get to enjoy my new place in West Palm Beach.

Fantastic experience: Just bought our new home and sold our old through Squarefoothomes. Spiros was great. The whole process was very very easy, he had great listing to show, made our deadline happen, maintained good communication throughout, was super helpful and again just made the process for both buying and selling really easy, definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: We worked with many realtors before we met Spiros. He is an example of how you want your realtor to act. He was always reachable, helpful, and polite at all times even when things didn’t go as planned he was able to deliver peace of mind and our beautiful condo.

Fantastic experience: Spiros is by far the BEST. We were only able to spend 2 weeks in Florida and needed to purchase during this time. Spiros was ready for us as soon as we arrived, he listened to our wants/needs. The market in Florida is crazy and things are selling very fast. Spiros worked very hard to get us the unit we wanted. He assisted with everything from first showing through closing. He made it as easy as possible. When moving to Florida Spiros Mitsis is the broker to call

Fantastic experience: Spiros and his team were incredible to work with. They made the entire home buying experience easy and fluid to closing. I would highly recommend Sq Foot Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Fantastic experience: The buyers realtor, Spiros, was very professional and efficient. We sold our home by owner and Spiros was very responsive to all issues that came up. He is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Ty Spiros my husband & I can’t ty enough for going above & beyond to make our purchase so smooth & exciting ! I would recommend you to any new buyers you did an A+ job!

Fantastic experience: Spiros was very responsive to our needs and negotiated a great price for our condo in a timely manner. I recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in South Florida.

Fantastic experience: Spiros is the ULTIMATE BEST! 100% decitation in meeting our every need in assisting us in finding EXACTLY the new home we wanted. Sincere, genuinely caring, timely responsive to our every question and need.

Fantastic experience: Spiros Mitsis was extremely helpful from start to finish. It was extremely challenging to find an affordable condo with the specifications I was interested in purchasing. He also went out of his way to refer me to insurance agent, house inspector and repair professionals whom he trusted. This proved to be invaluable since I live in upstate New York and due to my hectic work schedule I am unable to travel down to florida at this time to handle these matters in person. I would recommend Spiros Mitsis to anyone who is looking to buy a condo anywhere in delray beach or Ft lauderdale he is very knowledge about Kings Point since he owns property in and around the area.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional, responsible, and responsive. Spiros was always able to help me with all my questions and guided a very smooth & stress free transaction for me. Would love to use them again.

Fantastic experience: Spiros is a great agent.

Fantastic experience: Recently we bought a small condo in Delray. When we started our search, it felt like such an overwhelming process! But with the assistance, guidance and patience of our agent Spiros Mitsis, we were able to find a place we were happy with. We returned home to Massachusetts and all the details for the closing were handled flawlessly! Now some of our Greek speaking friends want to contact Spiro. Since he speaks Greek, they feel more comfortable to start a search for themselves and possibly join us in the cold winter months!

Fantastic experience: I had been on the market for 6 months before stumbling upon Jessica Suarez and her partner Demetrios Sourmaidis. The first week working with Jessica was a dream. She made sure to find exactly what I wanted while still staying under budget. I closed on a home one month after working with these two and as a first time home buyer they helped ensure I was comfortable and knew every step of buying a home and every step after that. Could not have asked for a better team, they are sent from God himself.

Fantastic experience: Bought a home in Florida sight unseen through Spiros. I was across country and Spiros showed me several homes thru Zoom. I picked one out and Spiros did all the necessary paperwork from beginning to end. Thumbs up to Spiros

Fantastic experience: We worked with Spiros Mitsis after deciding to purchase a startup home for my daughter. We were looking to keep the budget/price of the home similar to what she was paying in rent. Our expectations were exceeded after Mr. Mitsis was able to negotiate a fair market price for a 3/2 townhome in Boca Raton, that ended up being cheaper than renting, after factoring tax benefits. The team at SquareFoot Homes truly made it happen. We were very impressed with Spiros and his team!

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased my first home with the help of Spiro and the square foot homes team. They were very responsive and helped me navigate through all the details with ease. Will be referring them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Spiros Mitsis put a deal together for my father that no other could achieve. Very professional work and highly recommendable.

Fantastic experience: Spiro’s Mitsis found the property that no other broker could find and put together a great deal. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Without any reservations, I highly recommend Square Foot Realty and Spiro’s Mitsis for all your real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: The team at Square Foot Homes provided us with incredible service. Owners Spiros Mitsis and Jessica Suarez secured us three above market offers during the first 48 hours of listing. Moreover, after we agreed to terms with the buyers, Spiros and Jessica began the process to land a back-up cash offer above asking in the event that the initial deal fell through. Ultimately, the process was smooth thanks to the personal touch of the Square Foot team and we closed within 30 days on the original above market deal. Spiros, Jessica, and the entire Square Foot team are professionals who go above and beyond with client service.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend SquareFootHomes! Spiros Mitsis is an amazing real estate professional. He is hard working, good natured, communicative & always puts his client's interests first. In my opinion, Spiros and his team at SquareFootHomes are best of breed.

Fantastic experience: The service provided by Spiros & Jessica was really phenomenal. Their communication was on point, they were honest with me, and I felt like they really did great negotiating on my behalf. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again myself in the future when I need a real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: We used SquareFoot Homes to relocate some family members from New Jersey. They made the transition a smooth one during a pandemic by providing virtual tours and signing. Highly recommend this company and they also speak Spanish.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with many other realtors and it always seemS that there is no sense of urgency. With SquareFoot Homes, they do have a sense of urgency. They are responsive and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat...and they save you money.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time using the SquareFoot Homes team to buy/sell a house (not to mention the copious amounts of homes they've shown us throughout the years!) They are professional, attentive and always go the extra mile to make sure our transactions happen smoothly. In fact, in our most recent transaction, the seller agreed to replace the hot water heater after our inspection and then reneged on his promise right before closing. Rather than put our deal at risk, the SquareFoot Homes team stepped up to cover the water heater so we could close on time as planned. No one else does that kind of thing for their clients!! Highly recommend this company!
