Fantastic experience: I moved here one year ago and could not be more pleased with Santa Barbara. The place is well kept up. The management office is very responsive to all questions. The Board has good management and fiscal responsibilty. The neighbors are great and we have wonderful get togethers where I feel like this is my new home! I love the look and feel of the community and you cannot beat the location!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful. Neighbors know each other by name without being intrusive. You can take a mile loop around property and see gorgeous flowers and birds while walking your pet. Lots of fun social activities. Many enjoy tennis or the gym. Location is unbeatable. Tight knit community where neighbors help neighbors.

Negative experience: The worst, most up tight, ridiculous controlling neighborhood ever. They even control what side of the street you can park on. Also no pickup trucks overnight in the driveway. They would rather have the garage door left open with the truck sticking out than in the driveway. The HOA board has lost all touch with reality.

Fantastic experience: Amazing community, almost like the best in Boca. Everybody in this community are like family to each other. Very clean and comfortable clubhouse as well. Better than La Costa for sure!

Negative experience: They're super controlling on every single thing that goes on in the neighborhood. You can't park on a certain side of the street, and it changes very month. Also, hide your pickup trucks as they aren't allowed on the driveways at night! The HOA needs some serious reworking, it seems as though they make these rules just to bother people and make our lives difficult. Maybe in the future, make more sensible rules! Kids can't even be kids due to the strict rules!

Negative experience: Broke our contract paying only fifty percent of the total amount.

Fantastic experience: A great single family community - Gated with a prestigious entry and magnificent club house. Location is key here - close the best schools, easy access to I95 and turnpike. And the best shopping can be found at Towncenter Mall, a five minute walk. Very nice - Country Club feel w/o the fee's!

Fantastic experience: Santa Barbara is where everyone wants live! EXCELLENT location, beautiful homes, luscious landscaping and the clubhouse is enormous and elegant. No motorcycles allowed. I'm glad to help you buy or sell in this community.
