Fantastic experience: I live in Alaska and was in the unenviable position of having to sell my elderly mother's house in Kent after she moved to assisted living. Lucien did an outstanding job of marketing the house (which had substantial issues with the foundation and other issues of neglect) and negotiated a very good price above what we had expected. Throughout the process he was very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything and kept me informed, answered my texts and emails promptly, took care of all the details, and made everything run smoothly despite my being thousands of miles away. Lucien is a pleasure to work with and has great negotiation skills. When we ran into a major glitch right before closing (due to dementia and unforeseeable family and legal issues) Lucien went above and beyond to handle the crisis and get us to closing. I highly recommend him!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband got a new job in Texas so we had to move and sell our home. We listed after we cleared everything out of the house. He made the process very easy and I worried about nothing leaving the keys with him. He did all of the photography and marketing amazingly. He even made sure our trash was taken out and carpet cleaners etc. were let in. A bonus is that his wonderful assistant also cleans houses and she did an amazing job preparing it to show. Great experience selling our first home.
