Fantastic experience: Lisa was my realtor for more than 8 months and went to dozens of showings with me, a very picky home buyer. She was fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone. She was great at pointing out issues in homes that would require small fixes and which ones were deal-breakers. She let me know when a home was a good deal and when a house was asking a lot. I knew I was in knowledgeable, capable hands. She was exceedingly professional, willing to work with my schedule and taught me a lot as a first-time home buyer. She is wise, capable, and an apt realtor.

Once I was ready to move forward she explained her process and presented all the benefits of working with her team. She walked through my house on a Monday, had photographs Wednesday, created the listing Thursday morning with 10 offers by Friday evening. To execute everything that quick is a display of her expertise, available resources, and excellent communication skills. I would definitely recommend Lisa.

Negative experience: My family attended a so called open house on Saturday at 4504 Ridgedale in Green. Our daughter with her agent put a bid in at $10,000 over asking plus other perks and her bid was not even considered. We weren’t even home yet when were told this. I find this not only shady but soooo unprofessional. The agent mislead a lot of people who were there. I hope her cut with the deal was worth her professional reputation. I am shocked that Remax does business this way. Should never have had this open house!!
