I needed to sell an inherited estate that had become fixer-upper over time. Mike started off by touring the property, and helping me a develop a plan of action. He was communicative, insightful, and fair. Steve eventually took over and helped me with the final sale of the house. I was admittedly nervous about selling a fixer-upper property, but he made the entire process so incredibly easy. He answered all of my questions, helped to ease concerns, and walked me through every step of the sale. Negative experience: Honestly....this has realtor company has been the worst. I was surprised sadly because the reviews were excellent and I was excited. Our realtor was Steve Ford...and well I haven't heard from Steve in months. I've sent messages and even seen houses we were super interested in and would have loved to view and possibly buy if we could have at least gotten some responses to do so. Nothing, no texts, no calls, and no responses. Really ruined the buying experience for my first time home hunting! I made sure was pre-approved and ready to go before even reaching out. Helped for about the first week and then was gone. Signed a contract that locked it in for a year. So sadly now we have to wait until that contract ends before we can view homes and actually enjoy the home buying experience for the first time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based upon my experience because it's been a major let down and really put a damper on my hopes! It would have been different if I wasn't ready or pre-approved but I covered all steps prior to reaching out. I'd give 0/5 if I could but it makes me give a star. Hopefully others experiences aren't like mine.

I ran into him at a bbq last summer and learned he was a realtor. When we were sure thats what we wanted to do we contacted Mike and told him our plan.
