Fantastic experience: Let me give you three reasons why you should NOT work with Beth Golding. First, if you enjoy paying more for a home than you have to, don’t hire Beth. On one transaction alone, she got my clients $10,000 in seller-paid closing costs and negotiated for the seller to pay off a $36,000 solar panel system. That’s not luck. That’s experience, strategy, and strong negotiation. Beth doesn’t just earn her commission. She puts money back into her clients’ pockets. Second, if you want an agent who will tell you what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear, Beth is probably not the right fit. She isn’t afraid to tell her clients to walk away from a bad deal when it isn’t in their best interest. And when she tells you it’s time to move forward, it’s because she has done the homework and knows it’s the right move. Third, if you don’t want a fierce advocate in your corner, don’t hire Beth. She fights for her clients, communicates clearly, pays attention to the details, and protects her clients from contract to closing. As a top lender nationally, I work with real estate agents all over the country. If I could work with Beth on every single transaction, I would. In fact, there are a lot of days I wish Beth was the only real estate agent I worked with. She is that good. I would recommend Beth Golding without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Beth is awesome! As a first time homebuyer I felt truly heard. She took every concern seriously and never stopped advocating for me. She fought tirelessly on my behalf, and her dedication showed in every late night text and constant communication. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process.

Negative experience: I recently viewed a property that I was very interested in and was the first buyer to submit an offer, along with a valid pre-approval letter. Throughout the process, the listing agent was unprofessional and largely unresponsive. Although it is not standard practice for a listing agent to directly communicate with a buyer’s lender, she requested to do so, and I agreed as a courtesy. Following that conversation, my lender informed me that the agent asked questions that were inappropriate and overly personal, raising concerns regarding professional boundaries and privacy. After this interaction, the agent continued to ignore both myself and my realtor despite multiple attempts to communicate. If there were concerns regarding the offer, those should have been communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Instead, the lack of response and subsequent decision to proceed with another buyer demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism. Based on how this matter was handled, I believe the agent’s conduct did not align with MREC regulations or standard real estate ethics. As a result, I will be formally reporting this matter and will be taking my business elsewhere to work with professionals who demonstrate clear communication, respect, and ethical conduct throughout the home-buying process.

Fantastic experience: Beth is absolutely WONDERFUL. As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly overwhelmed by the process but she made everything feel manageable. She walked me through each step, toured so many homes with me, and was always patient, professional, and on top of every detail. She is also so responsive! She answered texts and emails almost immediately, no matter the time of day. Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, you have no idea what you are getting yourself into when you begin the process. There is a huge learning gap when it comes to the process and picking the right home. Having someone who wants the best for YOU and your family is crucial to your success. I had two other realtors before Beth and it just wasn’t a good fit, one pushed for us to close on every house we saw whether the house was sinking on one side or not. With Beth it was completely different she looked into things that hadn’t even remotely crossed our minds when we fell in love with a house. She didn’t pressure us even though we saw and walked so many houses. She knew the details of each house before we walked them so she could explain or answer any doubts we had as we walked them. She even looked into putting us in contact with organizations in the area we moved to who helped us with our down payment. This time last year we wouldn’t have dreamed of being able to celebrate thanksgiving in our own house but we know it was all thanks to Beth. Fantastic experience: We contacted Beth in October of 2019. We were planning on listing our house in January of 2020. She came by our house and gave us some really good tips on getting the house ready for sale. She came by several times before it was finally ready (all of this before we had signed with her as a sellers agent) to check in on us. We finally felt it was time to list so we asked her to have one last look. She came with a stack of new comps. and pizza. She had a few more suggestions to make the house sell and some good news. She said we should list for $30,000 more than we originally planned. We finally signed the contract to have her sell the house on February 4, 2020. The house was listed as coming soon the next day. The house was officially listed for sale February 10th and had a contract two days later, for $5000 above list. I was beyond pleased with the job she did. She wasn’t finished though. We had a few repairs that needed to be completed after the buyers home inspection. She took care of getting estimates and contractors. She even got one of the repairs covered under the home warranty we purchased for the buyer. The whole process took less than a month, contract to settlement. She really took care of everything.
