On the purchase side, it was definitely a seller's market and if you were a second later than someone else, you missed your opportunity. John made himself available any time a new property come on the market. If he was not available personally, he arranged for a colleague to assist. When it came time to sell, we also worked with John. The market was not as hot for sellers, but he helped secure a cash offer within a week or two. I would definitely recommend John to buy or sell a home.

I'm new to renting in the U.S., and John was able to guide me through the entire process with a great sense of professionalism. In his initial listing of the apartments, he had detailed, high-resolution photographs that showcased the properties accurately. I especially appreciated that the photos were not edited in any way: they gave a true-to-life depiction of the rooms. The description of the property was detailed, with information like the square footage or the number of rooms highlighted at the front of the post. When I messaged John to inquire after the listing, he replied within 10 minutes, and was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I had some questions about the size of the space, he offered to send me a video walk-through of the apartment, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture. We were able to arrange for a meet-up at the property for the next day, and I appreciated how available he was. And when I toured the apartment, John was very attentive to my concerns, and when I pointed out a minor issue (loud exhaust fan) he promptly took notes, and made arrangements for a HVAC technician to fix the issue before the commencement of the rental. Overall, I would say that I am very pleased with John Bailey. He was professional, attentive, and very straightforward – and followed up with my requests very diligently and thoughtfully. I've been now living in my new apartment for over a year, and I have had no issues with it whatsoever.
