Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible from start to finish! Becca found me a dream home (on a tiny budget) and somehow she made it happen. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and never made me feel like my budget was a limitation. Instead, she listened to what I wanted, understood what I could afford, and found homes that were actually worth seeing—so much more than I ever found scrolling through Zillow! What impressed me most was how hard Becca worked behind the scenes to make the timing work. She carefully navigated the timeline so I could purchase my dream home before my lease ended, without having to pay rent and a mortgage in the same month. That was HUGE for me financially, and I genuinely don’t know if I could have made it happen without her. Negative experience: Terrible experience, poor communication, said they had contractors to help but did not. I received feedback from 2 potential buyers that they got no response from agent. Did not send all of the attachments with potential offers, did not talk thru offers with seller, did not notify when buyer breeched contract, pushed back open house twice then did not do it the 3 week when they said they would either. They are no longer with Keller Williams, went to REAL, regardless of who they are with, would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This group of professionals are just simply the best. I have used them several times as I am a realtor and they have helped my clients again and again. But what takes the cake is when I needed them for my own property they were hands down dependable, informative and simply caring of me and my situation and very pleased to have had that chapter handled and all is closed and happily ended.
