With other agents taking days to respond, and being slow in scheduling; Melenaite had several houses lined up within an hour of us contacting her. In such a hot market she is the type of agent one needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you get into the home you want. And even helped find moving boxes for us. I know she would be there for anything our family needed, and more. She just truly cares and fights for you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent realtors! I have been through this process several times and I understand the challenges. This particular purchase for me was going to be the biggest I have ever made and wanted to ensure I would have the best team working for me. They were incredibly available, guided me and provided professional opinions and recommendations. Even after the purchase they have continued to make sure I was happy and provide assistance. I was told they are not done until I'm happy. I absolutely plan to use them again for other properties immediately.

Negative experience: They hire bad and creepy realtors and even if they stop working for them they don't erase their info so it seems like they still work there.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a very professional, ethical realtor. I have used her services 3 times and each time she was there for me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, responds quickly to any questions you may have and is kind even when dealing with the most difficult of individuals. I highly recommend Michelle as a realtor as she goes above and beyond in customer service. Her broker is also ethical and customer oriented.

Negative experience: My listing was empty and vacant, move in ready. $400 water bill, house damage and realtor says one thing and it never happens. Terminated contract and phone started blowing up with people wanting to list my house like i need that after this. Broker took 3 weeks to return my call which is a joke. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: If selling homes is anything like your driving I don’t know how you guys stay in business... speeding and cutting people off on feeder of 99 in gold Lexus and speeding through Kroger parking lot all with your company signage blasted on your vehicle.. yes people were honking at you!

Fantastic experience: What I enjoy so much about Abby Realty is the feeling of community that is first demonstrated by the broker, Frank Gray, and then funneled through the staff. Mr. Gray is very sincere and truly moves in such a way that displays a lack of favoritism. Instead I see that he leaves the field, floor open for positivity and productivity. I genuinely enjoy this culture of success and hope to be here as it continues to grow. My goal is to maybe be a reason why it grows.
