Fantastic experience: 5 stars aren't enough! How did I come to do business with Michele? I found a house on Zillow over the Memorial Day weekend. I tried to contact the seller's realtors at the contact info given on the Zillow listing. No response. Then I remembered Michele had gotten my email address from some real estate site I had visited, and she sent out a cold call email introducing herself. I read it, and decided I would let it keep in my inbox. So with no reply to my inquires sent to the sellers realtor, I reached out to Michele to see if she could help. From the very first prompt reply to my first inquiry (on a holiday weekend!) Michele has been on top of all the necessary drivel involved in securing a new home. It's comical to think of it now, but during the craziness brought on by seller issues, it was a nightmare. But Michele handled everything like a pro and made it her mission to get me this house that I set my sight on. She's a pleasure to communicate with, and she felt like a new best friend. I cannot stress enough her KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE in handling non-typical road blocks and she kept me calm even though I feared we'd never get final issues resolved to allow this purchase to go through. After I get completely moved out of my house, I choose her to guide me through selling this place as the final hurdle in enjoying my new residence when I can put this sale behind me. I expect to be writing another rave review after she sells this place. As far as her help in my new purchase, it fell in her lap because I found it on my own, but I underestimated the importance of a great realtor to seal the deal for me. She is amazing at her calling.
