Fantastic experience: My Abbitt agent, JJ Brazil, was a tremendous help throughout the home-buying process. Right off the bat, she told me I should never buy a house I didn't love, and if we had to look at a hundred houses that was fine with her. Fortunately, we found one much faster than that! JJ was by my side throughout the process, from the submission of a strategically-written contract through the loan process, inspection, and closing. I could ask her anything and she would respond immediately. If there were any issues with others involved in the process, she would call, text, or email them within minutes and do whatever was necessary to ensure things proceeded smoothly. She even photocopied some documents and took them to the FedEx office for me. Whatever it took to make things happen, JJ took care of it and I am now one happy homeowner.

Negative experience: Rental agent never responds to left messages or post on interest of rental property, agent is never in the office when I have stopped by to inquire on rentals either.

Fantastic experience: I've been searching for a house since February and was very specific in what I wanted. Lisa Atkins went above and beyond to show me every house I was interested in, no matter how far of a drive. She's so great with responding and even came out at 9 pm for me to move into my new place! I've dealt with many agents before and Lisa is by far the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Kandy Fisk is superb! We just went through a difficult sale and purchase. Kandy not only stayed with us throughout the whole process, but she also helped us navigate and overcome all of the pitfalls associated with this process. By the end of the process, we started to affectionately refer to her as our “shark.” She is an asset that you do not want to miss out on if you are starting this process. It is for this reason and more that I highly recommend Kandy Fisk as your future agent. Do not let her “get away!” You need her in this market! Take our word for it. We have bought and sold several houses in our lifetime, but we have never encountered such pitfalls from clients as we did during this last transaction. Kandy sold our house four times; once during a hurricane. I think it is important to state here that each time the transaction fell through, it was because the buyer did not reveal or just blatantly concealed information that disqualified them from buying our house. We started to refer to it is the “house from hell” because of our luck with clients. To Kandy’s credit, she stayed by our sides. She helped, encouraged, counseled, persevered, and relentlessly fought for us to ultimately find us a buyer. I cannot say enough about how much an asset Kandy Fisk was as our Realtor.

Fantastic experience: We have been searching for the perfect waterfront home for more than three years. Fantastic experience: I worked with Tracy Foster and her team (Lisa and Jake) and she was more than a realtor. I referred to her as a realtor, friend & therapist. I had never met her until putting the house on the market but i feel like I have known her forever. She was knowledgable, partnering and responsive. They went above and beyond working with me while I was In Florida and trying to get things done at the house in Va by doing things I was not able to at a distance.
