I'm an incredibly "discerning" person who knows what she wants in terms of a house and trying to find that house was difficult to say the least because there aren't a lot of houses fitting the specific style and criteria around this area. Even though we couldn’t buy for a couple more months, Shannon continued to take us around and show us homes we were interested in. We finally found a home we loved in Poquoson and decided to put in an offer. After some serious negotiating we settled and closed on our home in September 2015.
