Fantastic experience: It was a very quick amazing adventure, we had an opportunity to look an exterior and quick walk around. We liked the location. We spending the afternoon watching football. My daughter in law mentioned she was friend’ s with the realtor, Leigh Barefoot and suggested calling her. It about 3:20 pm. She made a phone call and was told she could meet us in about 20 minutes. We spent acouple hours looking at house. We liked size and general condition and the neighborhood. We contacted Leigh acouple hours later. We entered into a contract agreement.. Vil Barefoot contacted us the following day. She advised us others parties were also interested in this property. She continued updating us on the process. Later that evening Vil called and told us owners had excepted our offer. Long story, short we closed on new home on January 7Th. Liv helped Carson and I sell our house in Virginia after we had debated doing for sale by owner. Now that the process is complete, I could not be more grateful that we decided to work with Liv! Fantastic experience: There will not be enough time for me to fully express my appreciation for this team. I had been looking for a home for 3 years!!! Obviously I had a budget and I had preferences and I was beginning to feel like I needed to settle. I don’t know how many houses Leigh and Liv took their time to show me but it was a lot! However, each time they did it with patience and a smile on their face. 3 years later I found the perfect house. Even 5 months in I have 0 regrets and honestly good memories of the whole home buying experience. One thing I really appreciated was I didn’t feel like I also had to be a realtor. Obviously I was signed up for all of the Zillow and trulia emails because I didn’t want to miss out on an opportunity when houses were selling in less than a week. Each house that came close to matching my filters they had already recognized and were asking me if I wanted to take a look. I was not their only client but the way they work and tag team definitely makes you feel like you are. They truly understand the commitment and investment that purchasing a home really is.
