Negative experience: Wow, typically we hear horror stories about realtors who continually contact you above and beyond the norm. Not my experience, I contacted Wade’s office on Sept 5th around 9am, and got a man who stated he was his assistant. I gave him the information requested and was told I was being transferred to Wade? He then told me Wade was unavailable but would contact me shortly. I explained that my birthday was Friday the 8th and I was planning on making a 10hr car ride from FL so that I could look at some property in the area. I explained that it was kinda last minute but needed a response so I could get a yes or no answer for Friday. I told the person that I had a meeting between 1 and 2pm but was available before or after that time. At approximately 3pm. I contacted the same number and got a female. She told me that Wade was still unavailable but she would let him know this was my second call. Today is the 16th and I still have not received 1 phone call/text or email from Wade? I drove up to GA but went with plan B. How pathetic in my opinion that I could not have at least gotten a “courtesy call” telling me it was too short notice (or any 1 of many excuses). I do plan on purchasing property in GA but it will be from a realtor that has the courtesy to return my calls!!

Angela Operations Manager - Angela did a great job and was attentive to our needs as well as important details that were instrumental in selling our home. She was readily available during critical moments. The Team (Wade, Vivian, Angela) The unique strengths of each service provider collectively form an effective team that translates to “get the job done!”

Fantastic experience: Wade Lester and his Dream Team got the job done and then some! While living in Silicon Valley California, I accepted a new position in Atlanta Georgia. Although I am accustomed to moving, this was a very challenging relocation, partly due to the COVID 19 pandemic and the soaring number of cases at this time. I knew that I would be purchasing a house soon after my move and began searching hot and heavy for temporary lodging with no more than a three-month lease. Enter Wade Lester. During my online search while still in California I reached out to various contacts that had listed houses-for-rent. Apparently, Wade was one of the contacts. When I expressed to him the reasoning for seeking short-term housing his people-skills kicked in and before I knew it, we hit it off so well he became my Realtor. This was perfect for me as I had been looking at properties for sell online and Wade was well versed in every community in the area. He asked all of the right questions to get a feel for what I was looking to achieve within a certain price range, size, and distance from the neighboring homes. When I finally arrived in Georgia we already had a list of properties to view. Meeting Wade in person was an even better treat than our interactions over the phone. He knows his craft exceptionally well and he as genuine as they come. Just when I did not consider our working relationship could get any better, in steps Angela. She takes their team's level of expertise, service, and friendliness to another level. I tried not to pester Wade too often with homes I would find on a variety of websites. Considering I had just moved from the most expensive area in the known universe, I was like a kid in a candy store. Wade also introduced me to a lender who was very accommodating and provided excellent service. I wound up with a different lender only because of a better rate. However, the service with the new lender did not compare to the service offered by Wade's contact. I eventually threatened the new lender with going back to Wade's contact even at a higher rate due to the superior customer service. The new lender apologized and lowered my rate even further. My only additional condition was to never have to deal with the specialist that was assigned to my loan again for any reason. Before I close here is a true story: I found a home that provided an acceptable commute time to work in a very convenient area, or so I thought. Wade took me to see the home. As we left he pointed out one issue I had not considered. There was only one way out to get to the highway for my commute to work. The exit from the block required a left-turn onto a busy, two-lane road without a stop sign or a stop light. As we left, I saw exactly what he was referring to. Finding a gap in both directions to execute a left turn was challenging even during a low-traffic time of day. One would be hard pressed to get out of there during the morning and evening rush. Thanks Wade! It is also worth mentioning that he was a tough-as-nails negotiator on my behalf. Toward the end I literally said; "Wade." "Lets offer them a bit more." "We are already getting a fantastic deal!" He reluctantly agreed (LOL). Wade went to bat down to the day of closing to take care of me. The house is just what I wanted. Wade and the entire team are awesome individuals for whom I grew very fond of during our interactions. Although you have options, Wade Lester and the Dream Team (as I call them) should be at the top of your list. As a builder, Wade educated me on structural issues. As a realtor he understood what I was looking for, possibly better than myself. As a human being he is just one of those guys you enjoy interacting with. This is also true of Angela and the rest of the folks you may or may not meet. I am an Air Force veteran. Following my four-year enlistment I've lived all over the country. This, by far, has been a stellar experience for me. Just one more thing, help me convince Wade to take a day off! He has earned it!!!
