Negative experience: Be careful of leaving your property unattended for this agent's 'building inspection'...we had a beloved family heirloom stolen from the drawer where it has lived for decades but was missing after he left. Buckles claims to guarantee that nothing was stolen but that is not worth a pinch as it was stolen and she is in denial.

Fantastic experience: This is a very difficult housing market. On top of that we were rather disoriented as we were coming in from a different state. Kelly totally saved the day! I can’t say I was the most organized person or easiest person to deal with as I was experiencing havoc of going back-and-forth between states, but Kelly patiently kept us organized and went the extra mile to help us feel at home in our new city, giving us fun restaurant and recreational tips as we searched for homes week after week. Fantastic experience: It took us months after our initial conversation with Kelly and Melissa to actually be ready to list our house. We'd been in it for 26 years and it was stuffed with our possessions and "inheritances" from other family members. Fantastic experience: Buying a home in any market can be very stressful. But buying a home when you live 400 miles away is particularly difficult! I had met Kelly several years earlier when she helped my daughter buy her home, and I was impressed not only with Kelly’s professionalism, but also by what a really nice person she is! When my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a place near our daughter for long visits, we called Kelly. When we saw a property on line that looked interesting, Kelly would go to the property and face time us so we could do a walk through with her. She knew I was a “picky” person, and would look very closely to tell me of any dirt, mold, damage or funky smells, which was really helpful! She was also keeping her eye out for properties we might like. When we finally found the right place, we went to GA and Kelly expertly guided us through making the offer, getting the inspection, negotiating repairs and the final closing…all done within three weeks of our initial offer! She also gave us information on who to contact for different repairs, which, when you are dealing with things from 400 miles away, is more than helpful!
