Fantastic experience: My family is so grateful! My experience was fantastic. They recorded tours of homes I was interested in to help me narrow down my list. Moving across the country is hard enough, they really made my home search easy. If you're looking to move to the Atlanta area, they're the experts. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Amy and David Vender! My dad and I were both moving from out of state and needed to find homes sight unseen—a pretty daunting process. But these two made it feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. Fantastic experience: To start off this is gonna be a pretty long review. We were moving due to a job transfer out of state that was gonna begin in March. After meeting with Amy and Dave to go over what the current market looks like and the estimated days on the market, which were 70 at the time of our initial conversations. To be on the safe side we decided to list our home in November. Amy and Dave not only made sure to have the most amazing pictures of our home, but to also find different avenues to market, which was a big plus for me. Within 12 days we had an offer and closed before Christmas. I would say it’s not just about selling the house but also the communication and desire to make sure your pricing your home correctly and not sitting on the market for an extended period of time just to have to pull your price back down.Amy and Dave spent a lot of time at the beginning to make sure we priced our home accurately. We did two open houses along with two other homes in our neighborhood being worked by different agents. We got a lot more foot traffic than those other two homes. They unfortunately sat on the market for 3 to 5 months for being under contract. They also had to make multiple price drops also. I would say from start to finish. This was the best experience I’ve ever had selling a home and five stars doesn’t do it justice. I would like to thank Amy and Dave for all their hard work and helping my family ease into what could’ve been a very stressful time in our Families lives. This is the easiest recommendation I’ve ever had to write.

Fantastic experience: We were living in Denver, and I had taken another job in Atlanta. I was researching the Atlanta area when I came across The Vender Group’s YouTube channel which is called “Moving to Peach Tree City”. However, they cover the entire southern suburbs of Atlanta and more. My wife and I never had to look any further for the information and data we needed to make our decision on the area we wanted to live in as well as the individual neighborhoods that appealed to us. David and Amy not only determined the type of house that appealed to us while meeting our practical needs for a home but did video tours of each house since we were not there to do the tours ourselves. Because of this, we compiled a short list of houses to tour the day I arrived and selected the house to put a contract on that day. My wife was still in Denver, but because of everything the Vender’s did for us, she felt very comfortable allowing me to put a contract on the house without seeing it in person. The Vender Group (Amy, Dave, and Theresa) epitomizes the professional, personal, and caring mindset you would hope to receive from a professional organization. Caring for their clients seems completely natural and effortless for the Vender's, but we know how hard they worked to sell our home! We used the Vender's based on recommendations from friends to sell our home of thirty-six years. Amy, Dave, and Theresa took this into account as they coached us from start to finish... initial consultation to closing day. We had years and years of memories and momentos that needed to be dealt with. The Venders experience and professionalism were of tremendous help!! They know when to encourage to get you going, like offering a helping hand to get "stuff" in its proper place, to just the right words to get you motivated! Their knowledge of the Peachtree City market place was spot on. We listed soon after the market boom of mid-2022 when everything was selling like crazy and at premium prices. We were apprehensive at going to market after the "boom" but with the Vender's expertise and guidance, they encouraged us to list and let them do their job to get our house sold at the right price. We allowed them to do their "thing" with our home when it came time to list. Their expertise on how to stage a home, from color choices, to just the right accessories made all the difference. Fantastic experience: Moving from one home to another is surely a challenge, but moving from Michigan to Georgia as a family of four within a two-month timeline is next-level. After receiving a job offer in mid-October where I would need to start at the beginning of January, I began immediately looking for a reliable realtor across the country from my locale. I was referred to two realtors that I unfortunately had to turn away after the initial phone interviews, as neither gave me that warm fuzzy feeling. I reached out to a colleague that was also moving to GA and received a referral to Amy and Dave with The Vender Group. To say I was relieved to find them is an understatement. In talking with Amy, her professionalism and friendliness instilled confidence in me, and earned my trust that she and Dave would do their very best job to help me and my family a home. I explained to her that my husband and I would be flying into GA for a week (the week of Thanksgiving making it even more difficult!) to find our home and we had many requirements; the home needed to be in a good school district, around other families, turn-key, within our budget, and available for closing before Christmas. Amy and Dave definitely had their work cut out for them with such a short timeline. Fantastic experience: Amy Vender is simply superb! She was an absolute joy to work with during our recent home sale in Georgia! She is a no-nonsense professional and absolutely tenacious in representing her clients and their interests. As we started the process of selling our home, she really did her homework in analyzing the market around us and put together excellent comps that helped us figure out a selling price that was right on the money! She also spent hours with us walking us through the process, determining our goals and expectations, and assisting us in putting together an action plan to help us get our house ready to put on the market. As a matter of fact, Amy’s listing/marketing plan resulted in our house being under contract less than 2 days after listing! Her abilities to “stage a home” are unmatched; when we moved to Colorado, we looked at a number of homes that had been staged by multiple realtors and none of them could compare with what Amy had done to help sell our house in Georgia.
