Positive experience: The houses are nice but everyone I schedule a showing it gets canceled with Kate.

Negative experience: All I have to say is they are the most unprofessional investment company who doesn't care about families. They throw people out and take people's things. Look, I wouldn't trust them with 10 inch hole. I've lived next to the house that they had just recently purchased for the past five years. The management company that used to own It was really good with their people. And they actually cared about families these people are only about their money So if you're looking for a place to stay and want to keep your things, you might not want to work with these people. They treat their tenent horribly. This is what's wrong with investment companies. They don't give a crap about their people. They only care about the money they don't care about the families

Fantastic experience: So here is my honest review - I haven't actually had the chance to work with Hyperion as a company. I can't tell you how competent they are at managing properties, or how their pricing is. But what I CAN tell you is that on an individual level, I am beyond impressed. I spoke with Garrin today to see about setting up services, knowing that my situation is highly unusual and would require explanation. He listened, and then he gave me his honest opinion that us working together wouldn't work out, given my situation. It was refreshing to speak frankly to a human who wasn't trying to sell me something, but rather actually took the time to hear me out and suggest something better for me. He went above and beyond, offering advice and a contact referral that helped me get a handle on a mess that has been plaguing me for weeks. I have no intention of becoming a career landlord, but if I did, I would choose Hyperion without a second thought. So yeah. If you are looking for a human who actually has care in this day and age, here you go.

Negative experience: They wanted an extra $1000 for first month pet rent on top of a security deposit and first months rent this was not included in the description of the apartment I've never had a company ask for that much for a PET.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy I have chosen one of Hyperion’s apartments as our home. The whole process from application, moving in and any repairs requests. Our family was very overwhelmed while looking for a new home since we moved to US. And we feel very safe and cared.

Negative experience: I recently applied to a rental property and was told I’d hear back in 1-3 business days. After a week of no communication, I called and emailed, and finally received a call from Kate Malynovska. Her conduct was extremely unkind and inappropriate. She was short with me and repeatedly emphasized how “low” my credit score was (despite it being average). She mentioned that if my co-applicant didn’t have a better score, I would be forced to pay a double down payment, something I’ve never heard of before. After a brief 10-minute conversation, she gave me two options: apply for my co-applicant and repay the application fee, then discuss a $5500 down payment, or “look for things more in my price range,” which I found to be extremely insulting. I was emotionally invested in the house and prepared to move in, but that call and her manner ruined a good opportunity for me. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

Positive experience: I love this place the lock to get in is kinda complicated so I had my daughter come with to help us get in other than that the place is beautiful ,clean up to par lovely back yard a hall way leading to the garage is what I love most

Hyperion hit the ground running, collecting financial and all necessary documentation immediately. They have been responsive by phone, email, and in person in setting up the myriad pieces that make up the whole. They have been not only responsive to our requests but have been proactive in finding us better banking, better insurance, and obtaining contractor quotes for needed services in a timely manner. Our working relationships have been cooperative and cordial. Any issues have been addressed in a straightforward and transparent manner, which makes working with the Hyperion staff a pleasure. I have worked with other property managers for our association for some thirty years, and Hyperion is the best one I've encountered to date. If this first six months of working hand-in-hand with them is any indication of their professionalism, I can only look forward to working with them for many years to come.
