Fantastic experience: Gary was absolutely fantastic! He was so patient with me and my situation! I had to walk away from a deal due to issues with the property inspection. Gary was on my side the whole time, never pushy and then helped me find a much better home! Every step of the way, Gary had the best advice! The recommendations he had for the lender and inspectors were AMAZING! When issues did come up before and at closing, Gary had solutions that made everyone happy!

I was relocating for NY to the Charlotte/Lake Norman are and was completely lost. We are so please with the home we purchased and would have never found it without Gary’s help. He also was very helpful and understanding when we needed an option for our dogs while our home showed to potential buyers, with two dogs it was hard to leave work and get them out of the house, he had the amazing idea of posting a photo of our laundry room on the door so the dogs could be kept in there and out of the way for showing, made it so much less stressful for us and we had so many compliments on the idea from people walking through.
