When we met Jackie over the phone on a Friday afternoon, she immediately made us comfortable with her extensive knowledge of the area and her sincere interest in wanting to understand what we were looking for, our budget, timeline, etc. She was thorough, and after discussing and understanding our interests, she laid out a detailed strategy of how to proceed. Fantastic experience: We recently moved to New Jersey from Homestead FL, due to my military move. I had previously contacted another realtor while still at Florida, but did not believe I was getting anything close to the customer service I had received in past experiences. My wife mentioned Jacqueline once we arrived in NJ and her great reviews from military families, so I decided to look into it, and after further investigation I concluded that she was the real state agent we needed. So I told the previous agent, since we had not completed any formal agreement that I did not believe I was getting the service and attention to detail I was expecting and moved on with Jackie. From day one, she was honest, sincere and very detailed. Her professionalism was very obvious and she was very easy to trust. We gave her a list of homes we were interested and she took us to those exact homes we wanted to see, and within that first day of seeing homes, we made on offer on the home we just recently purchased. She handled the whole transaction with so much care and detail, like if it was her own home she was purchasing, and even though we could not close within the 30 days we wanted, due to the seller needing 45 days, everything when as smooth as silk. She scheduled all the inspections, even went as far as scheduling meetings between us and the seller to go over some not so easy to understand systems that the home currently has. Closing was a breeze and she was kind enough to even offer to have her cleaner go and clean the home for us again before moving into it. Overall, this was the best home buying experience we have had considering this is the fourth home we have purchased. Our story: When dipping our toes into the realm of house buying in early 2020, we met Jackie by chance at an open house she was showing. Altho we were nowhere near listing our home for sale at that time, I immediately knew she was "our realtor". Fantastic experience: My husband and I were first time home buyers. We were very nervous and talked ourselves out of it several times. From the beginning, Jackie was very understanding. I must have told her five times that no, we were just going to live on base. She understood. Only when I saw my DREAM HOME and knew for sure that this was it did I call her ONE MORE TIME. No more games, GET US THIS HOUSE! She literally dropped what she was doing and went to see the house in person for us. She said upfront that sometimes the pictures make the home look bigger than it is and she wanted to see it herself. She Face-timed us when she got there and was in love with the house too! She literally took care of everything, just like she said. From the title company, the lender, the survey, the appraisal, the inspections....she was there for it all when we couldn't be. Every single person or company she has recommended has been outstanding! Step by step she told us exactly what we needed to do and "took it from there". Seriously, one of the easiest things I've ever done was buy a house. The hardest thing was the wait to get in it and that's only because we're military and couldn't leave CO yet. She is selling you a home, so that you'll be happy and comfortable in your new place. She has your best interest in mind from day 1. God forbid we have to pack up and move again, Jackie will be the one selling our house too.
