The second one, after 2 days of being assigned to me said that they refused to help a disabled veteran find a home. Thats Lindsay Grenay. Fantastic experience: Unrelated to real estate sales.... One of KW Cherry Hill agents, Ernest ''Vincent'' Butler stopped on Northbound 295 not in the safest place to help me change a flat tire as it was getting dark 6/10/25.. Thank you so much......

Negative experience: 1st time buyer and had multiple calls in, finally an agent contacted me, we set an appointment for a tour up on the 22 for today the 23rd and 8am she says sorry for the inconvenience but its pending. Like you didnt know this when we set the appointment up.100k down-payment. And your professional team lacked communication

Negative experience: I found a listing I really loved and contacted the listing agent. It took for ever for them to send the application where i had to constantly ask. Upon applying the agent said die to my report, the owner would not work with me. I then explained my situation in detail and even asked for alternatives but never heard back. I left voicemails, emailed and texted with zero resolution. That alone spoke volumes to me as to where this company stands with their level of professionalism and customer service or should I say the lack there of. I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend using them if in fact you are looking for results.

Negative experience: Go literally anywhere else. Can't get a single person on the phone. Their agents could not care less.

Negative experience: So I did an inquiry on Zillow- no answer, so called the agent’s cell which I got from the listing left two vms -no answer, I called the main office left a message on their vm no answer, I called again the next day and spoke to somone, left another message- no answer from the agent. The agent spoke to my realtor that same day and said we could tour but there was a tenant, they had a schedule that we needed to work around- no problem and said it wasn’t being used as an investment property and the tenant could move-out at any time. She never gave us a time for the tour. Waiting three days, called the main office back and spoke to the same person from Tuesday and her response was well you don’t know what’s going on in the realtor’s life that she didn’t get back to you. I worked in property management and a realtor’s office before a lead shouldn’t have to track you down for information or a tour. Just for the agent to turn around and say a family friend had to move into the unit and now it is an investor only property and she gets so many calls a day she didn’t remember telling my agent a completely different story. This process and experience has been an awful start to my journey of buying my 1st home.

Negative experience: This office location and establishments is very much UNPROFESSIONAL agents need more training or a better profession. I’ve been through 2 agents within in this firm since March and i definitely haven’t had any luck ( STILL SEARCHING ). If you want an agent that’s actually going to take the time out and help you look elsewhere this is not the place -0 OUT OF 10 STARS

Negative experience: NOT impressed by this KW office. NO one gets back to you on Inquiries. Do they want to sell houses or not???

Negative experience: 3 months of hell with this sale and finally ready to go to settlement in a few days and find out that a NJ law that has been in effect for 21 years that must be done before closing has not been handled by our realtor…settlement will be delayed again for the 4th time! This has been the worst and most stressful real estate transaction dealing with Keller Williams!

Negative experience: Worst Reality company ever !!! Our realtor has made so many mistakes in our deal and still have not made settlement!!! Gonna take legal action!!!

Negative experience: This Real Estate Agency is terrible. A Realtor named Scott Farrell said that he will not Accept a VA Loan for one of his Properties. Scott Farrell has no Respect for Veterans

Negative experience: My wife and I worked with Heather on a rental property in Collingswood. She was great and even gave us a virtual tour of the property on Easter. The place was fine but was disgusting upon move in- mouse droppings, dusty, disgusting bathroom and 3 foot high grass in the back yard. Upon move out, we were charged over a thousand dollars for clean up and landscaping evan though we left the place better than we found it.

Fantastic experience: Jordan Egee was our agent and he did a fantastic job! We can't say enough about his professionalism and patience. Negative experience: I have been trying to contact this brokers office for 3 weeks to have my cancelled listing removed from their company Keller Williams of Cherry Hill. With no success, or response from the broker on record. I had initially decided to consider this company for listing my property, but once I read reviews online my wife and I decided against working with this company. Since our decision they have not responded responsibility to any of our communications. It wasn’t until our lawyer got involved and the Realestate commission of Delaware took on the case that we got a response from a Tiffany an agent saying there going to reach out to there information technology department to figure out how to cancel my listing and take it out of their name. Positive experience: Miscommunications happen but they shouldn't continually happen.

I had tried to sell my townhome three times over the last five years and was unsuccessful utilizing other Real Estate agents. Marc assisted me in purchasing my new home, and Robert in selling my current home. Both were outstanding agents to work with.I never had to worry whether or not they had my best interest at heart.
