Fantastic experience: Buying our first home with Lauren was truly a pleasure. We were initially overwhelmed with the process of buying a home, but Lauren walked through every part of the process with us and made us feel at ease with every step. Lauren is great at communicating, and we always knew what next steps were. Fantastic experience: Lauren’s the BEST. Nobody works harder. Nobody responds faster. Nobody has more patience. Honestly she should have 6 stars. WIN WITH QUINN BABY !!!! For the record Lauren’s only 1 star review is from someone that got upset over a scheduling oversight no doubt. Anyone familiar with real estate knows it’s a fast pace business. Not from someone who has actually had the pleasure of having been represented by her. Her BIG sign her photo on it was clearly posted on the property, right out front with her direct telephone number and it didn’t occur to this person (LV) to call that number.

Negative experience: I was contacted by her company, made arrangements to view a home and was stuck outside the property alone for well over 30 minutes and now one showed up. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL and when I tried to contact the team no one answered! If you have the chance go with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Just recently bought my first home, and there are not enough ways to express how helpful Lauren was throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I were particular when it came to what kind of house we were looking for, and I never felt judged or pressured by her to look at anything or feel like we needed to put an offer in because a house was available. Even if we went to a house and we knew right away it wasn't for us, she never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was so patient with us and really wanted us to find something we loved. This all happened on the same day!! The loan was submitted to underwriting on 11/28 and approved the morning of 11/30. Loan was successfully closed on 12/22.
