Fantastic experience: I’d give 10 stars if I could! Sherlyn was fantastic since the first time we met. Exceeded expectations in every way.. we are SO happy with our home!! She is so detail oriented and takes so much into consideration. We are in a rental home and we all know these aren’t always taken good care of.. but if Sherlyn is the realtor then I guarantee it’ll be in the best condition possible!! She staged our house so we could have a better idea of it.. that was the first time I’ve seen a realtor go that far. It sure makes a huge difference!!

Fantastic experience: They were fantastic! Really worked for us, diligent and attentive in every step of the journey, they showed us that they really cared and wanted the best for us. 110% I’ll choose them every time.

Fantastic experience: Freddy and Sherlyn are great people to work with. Not only did they help me find the right house to suit my needs, they were patient with me in answering ALL of my questions. Freddy really has visions to help walk you through visualization on how you can improve the spaces in which you're looking at before you even buy it. Sherlyn will give you ideas on how to change things up from a decor perspective. You can tell Freddy & Sherlyn have lots of visions to help their clients once they get to know them. We're now new found friends!

Fantastic experience: We lived in a property managed by Sherlyn and Sky consultants realty for nearly 4 years. It was such a pleasure and she was an absolutely amazing property manager. We purchased a home but otherwise we wouldn't have left, maintenance was never an issue and communication was always quick and helpful. I absolute recommend anyone deal with Sherlyn and Sky Consultant Realty.

Fantastic experience: Ske Consultants were amazing they provide the service of managing my property and also sell the property. Very helpful basically made the process seamless.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn Arauma of Sky Consultants Realty & Property Management is an absolute gem! We initially intended to have her manage a long term home rental for us. Her fees were very reasonable and the management services to be provided were ideal. Additionally, the owner portal was easy to navigate. We chose to upfit/remodel the home prior to listing it for rent. As out of town owners, we really had no knowledge of local contractors for the tasks that needed to be completed- nor were we able to be present to provide access to the home for contractors. Sherlyn went above and beyond to obtain estimates from trusted service providers (which were very reasonable), coordinate access to the home whenever needed, utilize her experience and expertise in design and material purchases, etc. The contractors did a fantastic job and Sherlyn was so great about sending us progress photos. The project would have been a nightmare if not for Sherlyn handling so many of the details!!!! Ultimately, upon completion of the work, we decided to list the property. The house looked absolutely stunning and the listing photos (which displayed Sherlyn’s talent in staging) were gorgeous!!! As our agent, she was very prompt in relaying updates during the short time the home was listed (it sold very quickly). Additionally, working with the title company she referred us to was seamless. We dealt with Sherlyn in various different roles and she was kind, efficient and incredibly competent in every situation. We found and hired Sherlyn based on these reviews and our own experience with her couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Sherlyn - YOU ARE AMAZING!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Needing a new place to live, I had the hardest time dealing with so many awful management companies. When I met Sherlyn at the townhome she was overseeing, everything changed for the better! She was beyond welcoming and did a complete walkthrough. Communication is one of the biggest wins that Sherlyn gave during the whole process. She quickly responded to every question and was professional through and through. The property was amazing, but the real reason we decided to rent was due to her outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Sherlyn and one of her showing agents nick. They are both absolutely what you're looking for in terms of honesty, great communication and quality support. My partner and I very quickly were able to secure an apartment and get approved all within a week. Every step of the way Sherlyn helped us, before and after hours. She was kind, quick in answering all of our questions and worked diligently from start to finish! Nick was able to answer all of our questions regarding the apartment and was very cordial. We are very thankful for all that she has done for us!

Fantastic experience: Best Property Manager ever!

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing and everything was quick and smooth just like I was told. I gave a move in date and it all happened in the same day. Sherlyn is amazing and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I came to Sherlyn for help handling my rental property. If you have properties, you want to put them in the hands of someone that’s detailed oriented, professional, responsible and experienced and Sherlyn is all of it. She really has been incredible! She’s really on top of everything, the go-to person I’ve always needed. I really wouldn’t be able to do this without her, she is really hands on and you can tell really knows the business and pours her heart into it. Thank you Sherlyn for the incredible support and making my life so much easier!

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn is a true professional. She enjoys what she does, and her positive and relax energy makes you feel at ease in communicating. During our time, she never fails to follow through and is readily available to answer any questions. You will receive a true client satisfaction that is top notch.

Fantastic experience: Having Sherlyn as an agent is god-send. She has represented my brother as a rental agent and managed the unit for >10 years. She has been instrumental in securing new tenants in the shortest possible time. She has always been 100% professional, helpful and efficient to resolve any issue that arises with the unit, always fast in her response to any questions I had. She had the right insurance and taxation contacts to complete the eco-systems of property rental and management. Renting out the unit had been worry free for the >10 years journey with Sherlyn. Recently, Sherlyn had brokered the sales of the condo unit within couple of weeks. She has provided valuable advice about market condition, trend and valuation. She diligently followed through the closing process and worked even after-hours to ensure that all loose ends are resolved. She had recommended the right Title company and taxation providers to help in the sales process.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn was very helpful, she worked with me to see multiple properties and even helped me with getting home insurance. She’s a very hands-on professional who goes out of her way to make sure she finds a good fit for her customer. She was present during inspection, she’s very much involved during the whole process and has great, open communication. I cant thank her enough for helping me find the home of my dreams and assisting me throughout the whole process making it easy on me. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to write reviews, but when you receive stellar service such as those we received from Sherlyn Aruma, a review is the least one can do to express gratitude, appreciation and extend a pat on the back! We started our search for an investment property over a year ago with Sherlyn; pivoted in many directions, as the market fluctuated, before finally landing on a clear path forward. Sherlyn's patience, insight and feedback is unmatched! Her wealth of knowledge and arsenal of resources is impeccable! We finally found, and closed, on our property about 2 months ago and have now enlisted Sherlyn to manage our property! If you're looking for a one stop shop for your reality needs, look no further! Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Sherlyn. Always available to help from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn went above and beyond to make sure I got the house I wanted for my growing family and that everything was right for us. She spared no detail, she thought of everything, she was flexible with us, listened to our needs and wants. She takes care of her customers as if she was the one making the purchase. I wouldn’t want anyone else helping me with my real state transactions. Honestly, if I could give her a higher rating I would. My words do not make justice to how much I appreciate her help.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn is a fantastic seller’s agent. She actively promoted and negotiated the sale of my properties, getting a good price while handling all aspects of the transactions. She’s very easy to work with and is a true pro. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn A. was very instrumental in assisting me with the purchase of my new home. Anything having to do with real estate please contact her. She is very knowledgeable. She also prayed with me and for me! She was with me every step of the way! She was there to comfort my nerves. I really appreciated how she explained everything that I didn’t understand. She and her husband attended my closing! That was so comforting. She was with me from beginning to end! She is like a part of the family. She reminded me after the closing that if I need anything, to please contact her. Yes, I would do it again, only with Sherlyn 💖 She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: The most trust worthy person we met in Florida. Views in person, is accommodating and understanding. Great advocate and realistic. Great duo! Will never ever forget the woman who gave my family the biggest opportunity in our lives. Forever grateful! Only person I would recommend. We love and appreciate you! Thank you so much!!!! M&J

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Sherlyn? If you want the best realtor to sell your home she is the one. She was quick to answer any and all questions that we had concerning the whole process of selling our house. She showed up to the appraisal with extra comps to help out the appraiser. Right before closing we had an issue with the HOA denying our home modification concerning a specific type of pebble rock. Of course this all happened when we were out of town. What did Sherlyn do you ask? She rented a truck from Home Depot and bought 50 bags of the only HOA approved pebble rock and installed it herself with the help of some of her family members. The next day the HOA approved the change and the house sold for more than we thought it would. She went far and way beyond what a realtor will do. She is simply the best.

Fantastic experience: Sky Consultants and Realty made the process of selling our home quick and easy! They are professional, respond promptly to questions or concerns, and always make you feel like you’re their most important client. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent, hassle free experience from a professional and very responsive team during our recent property sale. I have no hesitation to recommend Sky Consultants Reality & Property Management to anyone looking for excellent service. With Sherlyn Arauma in charge you need not to look elsewhere when it comes to selling or buying a property and requisite documentations.

Fantastic experience: This is my third closing with Sherlyn (Sky consultants Realty) and the experience every single time has been outstanding! No words to describe Her work ethic and professionalism during all these processes! I will always be thankful for her and for all the services she provided to us!

Fantastic experience: Sky Consultants Realty & Property Management is there for you when you need them most. They genuinely care about working through the deals regardless of how many attempts it takes. We have both sold and bought a house with Sky Consultants during the 2021 housing crisis. Against all odds, they have found a way to help us secure the bid on the house of our dreams. Would highly recommend them for all your house selling and buying needs!

Fantastic experience: Sky Consultants helped my husband and I close on a fantastic home in central Florida! They were responsive, informative, and professional. As a first time home buyer, we wanted someone to help us with the entire process of finding AND buying a home. You can easily feel pushed around by sellers, mortgage brokers, underwriters, builders, etc. and having someone support us and keep us from feeling overwhelmed or incompetent was a huge weight off our shoulders. We had someone with is at every appointment, in our corner, asking the questions we didn’t think of, reviewing the homes with us, but not pressuring us one way or another. It was a perfect balance between guidance and independence. Fantastic company, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Sherlyn was a extremely helpful with my rental process. She is organized , professional and quick to respond with any question I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sky Consultants found us a perfect home to suit our needs. They were very professional, diligent and patient with us; they made themselves always available to address all of our concerns and questions (believe me we had a ton). I would highly recommend to everyone.
